Idara-e-Deeniyat ne 10 saal ki mehnat aur tajarbe se “Munazzam Makaatib (Organized Maktab)” qaaim karne ke liye Nizaam, Nisaab, Tariqa-e-Taaleem aur Nigraani ki tarteeb banaayi hai, jo har taaleemi idare ke liye nihaayat hi zaroori hai. Naye munazzam makaatib (Organized Maktab) qaaim karne ke liye aur jaari makaatib ko munazzam karne ke liye Idarae-Deeniyat ki taraf se “Tarbiyat” (Workshop) ka nazm kiya jaata hai, jis mein poora kaam sikhaaya jaata hai aur amali taur par dikhaaya jaata hai aur munazzam maktab ke liye zaroorat ki saari cheezein asal qeemat (cost price) mein pahunchaayi jaati hai. Allah Ta'ala ne tamaam insaanon ki duniya aur aakhirat ki kaamiyaabi Deen-e-Islaam mein rakhi hai. Deen-e-Islaam humein imaaniyaat, ibaadaat ke saath saath paakeezah muaamlaat, husne muaasharat aur umda akhlaaq (Good Character) sikhaata hai, jis se woh ek achchha insaan banta hai. Is liye har musalmaan par farz hai ke school, college aur doosre kaamon mein se apna waqt faarig karein aur Deen-eIslaam ki taaleem haasil karein. Deen-e-Islaam ki buniyaadi ta'aleem ummat tak pahonchaane aur amal par khada karne ke liye “Munazzam Maktab(Organized Maktab)” behtareen zariya hai. Maktab ka Zimmedaar (Maktab In charge) 1.1 Maktab ka zimmedaar, masjid ka trusty, ilaaqe ka aalim, masjid ka imaam ya har fikar mand shakhs ho sakta hai, jo maktab ko munazzam karne ke liye tayyaar ho, aise shakhs ko maktab ka maqaami zimmedaar bhi kehte hain.Kisi bhi nizaam ko chalaane ke liye ek zimmedaar ka hona zaroori hai, taake woh nizaam achchhi tarah chal sake, us ke saath zimmedaar ke liye zaroori hai ke woh is cheez ko achchhi tarah samajh lein aur us ki poori jaan kaari haasil kar le, jis ka use zimmedaar banaaya gaya hai, taake us nizaam ke saheeh aur galat ko woh parakh sakein. Workshop 1 Maktab mein nizaam wa nisaab shuru karne ki ijaazat maktab ke zimmedaar hi dete hain, lihaaza zimmedaar ka deeniyat nizaam wa nisaab (workshop) ko samajhna maktab mein nizaam ko shuru karne mein aasaani paida kar deta hai. 2 Maktab ke intizaami umoor maktab ke zimmedaar se mut’alliq hote hain, lihaaza zimmedaar ke liye zaroori hai ke woh nizaam wa nisaab (workshop) ko samjhe, taake kaam mein aasaani ho. 3 Maktab mein asaatiza ke tabaadle ki soorat mein agar zimmedaar deeniyat nisaab wa nizaam (workshop) samjha huwa ho to maktab ke me’yaar ko bar’qaraar rakhne mein madad milti hai. 10 3. Waqt faarig karna 1 Maqaami Zimmedaar jab waqt ko (hafta mein kam az kam ek ghanta) faarig kar ke maktab ke muta'lliq fikrmand hota hai, to maktab ke me’yaar buland hota hai. 2 Maqaami zimmedaar jab ustaaz ke saath mil kar maktab ki fikr karta hai to asaatiza ko taa’leemi me’yaar buland karne mein mu’aawanat milti hai aur unki fikron mein bhi izaafa hota hai. 3 Makatab ke asaatiza aur maqaami muaawin ke saath mil kar un ko taaleem mein pesh aane waal dushwaariyon ko door karne mein muaawanat kare aur intizaami umoor ke masaa’il ko khud hal kare. 11 4. Masjid ya Kamra (Room) mein maktab Rasoolullah r ke zamaane mein har masjid mein deeni taaleem ka mukammal nizaam tha, jin mein masjide nabwi ko markazi taaleem gaah ki haisiyat haasil thi, ulama-e-kiraam ne likha hai ke madeena munawwara ke 9 masaajid ke aas paas bachchon ke liye taaleemi darsgaahein thein, jis mein qur'ane kareem ki taaleem ke saath likhne ki mashq bhi karaayi jaati thi. [Ahde nabwi mein nizaame taaleem : 79] Is ke alaawa logon ke makaan mein bhi taaleem di jaati thi, madeena munawwarah mein Hazrat Musa'b bin Umair t, As'ad bin Zaraara t ke makaan mein diya karte the, khud Huzoor r makki zindagi mein "Daare Arqam" taaleem diya karte the. In tamaam baaton ko saamne rakhne ke baad yahi pata chalta hai ke Sahaaba-e-Kiraam ko deeni taaleem ke liye jagah kabhi rukaawat nahein bani unhein jab aur jahaan mauqa mila deeni taaleem ka nizaam qaaim kar diya, lihaaza hamein bhi jagah jagah munazzam makaatib qaaim karne ki fikr karne ki zaroorat hai. 12 1 Maktab ke liye Masjid ke alawah alag imaarat ho to behter hai, warna Masjid ki sahan hi mein shuru karna. 2 Agar Masjid ka sahan na ho aur Masjid ke baahar doosra koi intizaam bhi na ho to jagah ka intizaam hone tak Masjid mein maktab padhaane ki gunjaaish hai. 3 Aap r aur Sahaabah y ke daur mein Masjid-e-Nabawi mein Ibaadat, Daawat, seekhna sikhaana aur khidmat chaaron kaam hote the. 4 Masaajid ki qeemti jaghon ko namaaz padhne ke saath ilme deen haasil karne ke liye bhi iste’maal karna chaahiye. 5 Masjid ki committee aur Imaam pehle se maujood hone ki wajah se Masjid hi mein maktab shuru karne mein muallim aur nigraani ka nizaam aasaan ho jata hai. 6 Sab se behtar to yeh hai ke maktab ke liye koi kamra khareeda jaaye ya kiraye par liya jaaye. 7 Ghar ke kisi khaali kamra ya sahan mein bhi maktab shuru ho sakta hai. 13 5. Badi bachchiyon aur Mastooraat ke liye jagah Aap r aurton ki taaleem ka khusoosi ehtimaam farmaate the, ek martaba eid ke mauqa par Aap r ne logon ko waaz wa naseehat farmaayi, isi mauqe par kuchh aurtein bhi theen, jo mardon se peechhe theen, "Aap r ko mehsoos huwa ke meri aawaaz aurton tak nahin pahonch rahi hai, to Aap r Hazrat Bilaal t ke saath nikle aur un aurton ke qareeb gaye aur un ko waaz wa naseehat farmaayi aur sadqa karne ki targeeb di". [Abu Daaood : 4062] 1 2 Islaam mein safaai ki bahot taakeed ki gayi hai, lihaaza maktab mein safaai ka khoob ehtimaam kiya jaaye. Huzoor r ne farmaaya: Tum apne sahan (aangan) ko saaf suthra rakha karo. Sar’parast aur waalidain maktab mein safaai ke maahaul se mut’assir hote hain aur ragbat se apne bachchon ko maktab bhejte hain. Asaatiza maktab mein aane waale talaba ke uniform ke saath saath daant, naakhun, baal wagaira ki safaai par dhayaan dein. aur aam zindagi mein safaai ke ehtimaam ki targheeb dete rahein. Peene ka paani, wuzu-khaana, tahaarat-khaana (koshish ki jaaye ke bachchon aur bachchiyon ke liye alag alag ho) wagaira ka achcha intizaam ho. Maktab mein joote chappal tarteeb se rakhne ka nazm ho aur asaatiza bachchon ko iski targeeb bhi dete rahein, taake bachhcon ke andar nazm wa nasq ki aadat banein. Uniform (dress) paabandi se aur saaf suthra pehan kar aane ki bachchon ko taakeed ki jaaye . 11 Waalidain ko apne bachchon keliye do uniform rakhne ki targheeb di jaaye. take bachcha kabhi bhi bagair uniform ke na aaye. 12 Ghareeb waalidayn ko eidayn ke mouqe per kurta, paajaama/ shalwaar, scarf topi, silwaane ki ya khareedne ki targheeb di jaaye, taaki alag se uniform banaane ka bojh na pade. 13 Ghareeb bachchon ke uniform keliye ahl-e-khair hazraat ko aamaadah kiya jaaye. 14 Kitaab rakhne keliye her bachche ke paas ek Deeniyat bag ho, taake kitaab ki hifaazat ho aur kitaab laane le jaane mein aasaani ho. 15 kitaab ke peechhe bane huwe khaana mein shanaakhti card lagaayein taake bag ko pehchaanne mein aasaani ho. 16 Her bachche keliye shanaakhti card (identity card) ho, jis mein bachche ka name ma’a waldiyat, rihaaishi pata, raabitah number aur bachche ki haaliya tasweer chaspaa ki jaaye. 17 Shanaakhti card (identity card) mein bachche ka darja aur daakhila form number bhi darj ho. 18 Shanaakhti card (identity card) mein darja ki wazaahat se intizaamiya ko mut’alliqa ustaaz ka ilma ho jaata hai. 19 Shanaakhti card (identy card) se intizaamiya ko bachche/bachchi ko sarparst ke hawaale karna aasaan hota hai. 20 Agar bachcha raasta bhool jaaye to shanaakhti card mein address ki madad se bachche ko uske sarparst tak pahunchaaya ja sakta hai. 21 11. Maktab ke saamaan ka Stock 1 Maktab mein kitaab waghairah ka stock rakha jaaye, jis mein Deeniyat ki kam az kam 20/ adad kitaabein zero saal aur saal-e-awwal, har size ke uniform waghirah har waqt moujood rahe taaki talaba ki zaroorat waqt per poori ki jaa seke. 2 Is baat ki fikr ki jaaye ki har bachche ke paas kitaab ho. Bayaan ka maqsad yeh hai ki har fard tak maktab ki ahmiyat, fazeelat, zaroorat aur maktab ka nizaam wa nisaab ki tafseeli maaloomaat pahunch jaaye aur awaam aur bachchon ke sarparaston ki zehan saazi ho jaaye. Pahle Juma mein Ummat ke haalaat, ilm ki fazeelat aur Farz-e-ain seekhne per bayaan kiya jaaye aur waalidayn ki zimmedaari bhi batlaai jaaye, neez baalighaan (mard aur aurat) ki taa’leem ki fikr aur apne ghar ki mastooraat ko mastooraat maktab mein bhejne ki fikr karein. Dusre Jume mein sahi tarteeb per makaatib chalaane ke fawaaid, Deeniyat nisaab ka mukhtasar ta’aaruf aur paanch saala ijmaali khaaka bataayein. Nammaz-e-Juma (Farz) ke fauran baad maktab shuru hone ki taareekh aur daakhle ki tarteeb ka mukhtasar elaan bhi karein, kyun ki poora majma us waqt moujood rehta hai. Elaan : Mohtaram bhaaiyon buzurgon aur doston : Hadees mein hai ke ilme deen ka seekhna har musalmaan par farz hai is liye Alhamdulillah is masjid mein bachchon aur badon ke liye ilme deen seekhne ka nazm kiya gaya hai, maktab ka waqt subah dophar aur sham mein aap ki aur bachchon ki sahoolat ko dekhte huwe rakha gaya hai, aap hazraat khud bhi daakhla lein aur apne bachchon ko bhi bhejhein. Teesre Jume ke baad do din tak paanchon waqt ki Namaaz ke baad maktab ka mukhtasar elaan kiya jaaye. Har namaaz ke baad; Alhamdulillah bachchon ki buniyaadi deeni taaleem ke saath saath un ki akhlaaqi tarbiyat ke liye is masjid mein subah, dophar aur sham mein maktab shuru kiya gaya hai, lihaaza aap se guzaarish hai ke is mein apne bachchon ka daakhla karaayein, us ke saath saath baaligaan hazraat ki taaleem ke liye bhi namaaze fajr aur isha ke baad intizaam kiya gaya hai lihaaza daakhla lein. Agar maktab masjid mein na ho kisi kamra mein shuru karna ho to qareeb ki masjid mein bayaan kiya jaaye. Har teen maheene mein maktab ki taaleemi taraqqi aur ilm-e-Deen ehmiyat wa zaroorat ke unwaan par awaam ke saamne Namaaz e Juma mein bayaan kiya jaaye. Agar maktab chal raha ho to taaleemi saal shuru hone se teen maheene pehle juma mein bayaan ke zariye naye daakhle ki tashkeel ki jaaye. 24 13. Mastooraat mein bayaan 1 Juma mein bayaan agar parde aur loud speaker ka maaqool intizaam ho to bayaan mastooraat mein bhi sunaayein, kyun ki bachchon ko maktab bhejne aur unki taa’leem aur tarbiyat ke baare mein mastooraat zyaada fikrmand hoti hain. 2 Umooman maayein bachchon ki taaleemi zimmedaariyaan sambhaalti hain, is liye mastooraat mein bayaan kar ke zahan saazi karne se bachchon ke daakhle mein izaafa hota hai, aur woh apne bachchon ko paabandi se maktab bhejti hain. 25 14. Circular letter, pamphlet* 1 Maktab shuru karne se pehle teesre Juma mein Namaaze Juma ke baad pamphlet taqseem karein aur infiraadi taur par bhi ilaaqe ya mohalle ke har ghar aur har fard tak pahonchaayein. 2 Agar maktab masjid mein na ho kisi kamre mein shuru karna ho to qareeb ki masjid ke baahar dasti ishtihaar taqseem kiye jaayein aur jidaari ishtihaar lagaaye jaayein. 3 Naya maktab shuru hone par aur har naye taaleemi saal ke shuru mein dasti ishtihaar taqseem karein taake waalidain ko pata chale ki bachcha is saal kya padhne waala hai. 4 Maktab mein shuru hone waale juz waqti ya kul waqti sho’ba-e-hifz aur sho’ba-eaalimiyat ki ittila ke liye Dasti ishtihaar taqseem kiye jaayein. 5 Dasti ishtihaar (pamphlet) ilaaqaai zabaan mein hona chaahiye. 26 15. Daakhla* 1 Maktab mein daakhle ke liye din, taareekh, aur waqt muqarrar karein. 2 Daakhle ke nizaam saal mein ek martaba kiya jaaye taake ijtimaai taaleem ka nizaam barqaraar rahe. 3 Ek waqt mein daakhle se talaba ki jamaat bandi aasaan ho jaati hai. 4 Daakhle ke nizaam se maktab ke intizaami umoor (fees, uniform wagaira) aasaani se anjaam paate hain. 5 Naye saal ke daakhle ka nizaam school ki chhuttiyon se ek maah pehle banaaya jaaye. 6 Kisi bhi bachche ko maktab mein daakhle se mahroom na kiya jaaye. 7 4 saal (jo bachcha apni zaroorat ka izhaar kar sakta ho) se ziyaada har umr ke bachchon aur badon ka daakhla liya jaaye. Bahot chhote bachche jo peshaab ya paakhaana ki zaroorat ka izhaar na kar sakte hon, unko daakhla na diya jaaye. 8 9 saal se zaaid umr waali bachchiyon ka nizaam mastooraat maktab mein banaaya jaaye kyun ke bedeeni se deen ka kaam nahein hoga aur agar chhoti bachchiyon ka nizaam mastooraat maktab mein banaaya jaaye to behtar hai. 9 9saal se kam umr ladkiyon ki jamaat agar mukammal ban rahi ho to us ka nazm shuru hi se alag banaane ki koshish ki jaaye. 10 Baaligaan ke daakhile ka nizaam banaaya jaaye. 11 Juz waqti (part time) aur kul waqti (full time) Hifz ke bachchon ke daakhle ka bhi nizaam banaaya jaaye. 12 Maktab mein daakhla fees (admission fees) bhi rakhi jaaye aur bachchon ko kitaab, uniform, bag, muzakkira (calendar), identity card diya jaaye. 28 13 Mastooraat aur baaligaan ke liye bhi daakhla fees (admission fees) ho. 14 Maktab mein daakhle ke liye ek form banaaya jaaye, jis se daakhle ki ehmiyat paida hogi. 15 Daakhla form ke zariya bachche ki poori tafseel maktab ke zimmedaaron ke ilm mein aati hai. 16 Daakhla form mein bachche ka name ma’ waldiyat aur unka mukammal pata, raabta number bachche ki haaliya tasweer aur dastakhat ka khaana bhi ho. 17 Daakhla form mein maktab ke auqaat darj hon, taake waalidayn bachche ki sahoolat ka waqt pasand kar sakein. 18 Jo bachcha teen maah tak bagair ittila ke gair haazir rahe, phir dobaara aaye to daakhla fees lekar naya daakhla kiya jaaye. 19 Daakhila form jama karte waqt bachche ke saath sarparast ko bhi bula kar maktab sharaait padh kar sunaayein aur maktab ke nizaam wa nisaab ka mukhtasar ta'aruf karaaya jaaye. 20 Daakhla ke waqt waalidayn ko parents meeting mein har teen maah par maktab mein aane ki targeeb dein. 21 Daakhla lete waqt sarparaston ko is baat ki takeed ki jaaye ke woh apne bachchon ko paabandi se maktab mein bheja karein. 22 Jis shakhs ko daakhla form diya daaye usko form dete waqt uska name aur phone number ek register par tahreer kar liya jaaye taake uske na aane ki soorat mein us se raabta kiya ja sake aur us se na aane ki wajah maaloom ki ja sake. 23 Agar bachcha kisi doosre maktab se padh kar aaye to uske nateeja-e-imtihaan ke saath waalidain ke saamne uska jaaiza lene ke baad darje ka ta’ayyun karein. 24 Jin bachchon ki 12 saal ya us se kam ho to un ko primary course diya jaaye aur jo bachche 13 saal ya us se bade hon to un ka daakhla baaligaan course mein kiya jaaye. 25 Agar kisi ek waqt (9 baje se 10 baje) ki jamaat mein bachche mukammal ho jaayein to naya daakhle lene waale talaba ki tarteeb us ke baad waali jamaat ke liye karein. 26 Agar koi bachcha aise waqt ki jamaat mein daakhla chaahta ho jis mein bachche mukammal ho gaye hon to agar kai doosre bachche bhi usi waqt ki jamaat mein mil sakte hon to ek jamaat us waqt mein badha dein. 27 Yaad rakhein! Maktab ki sharaait par beja sakhti na karein ki kahein koi bachcha buniyaadi Deeni taaleem se mahroom na reh jaaye. 29 17. Sahoolat ka taaleemi waqt Huzoor r ke zamaane mein taaleem ka koi khaas waqt muqarrar nahein tha jab bhi kuch log jama ho jaate deen ki baatein seekhne aur sikhaane ka amal shuru ho jaata, aam taur par fajr ki namaaz ke baad kuch log halqe bana kar deen ki taaleem haasil kiya karte the, Hazrat Anas t kehte hain ke sahaaba-e-kiraam jab fajr ki namaaz se faarig ho jaate to alag alag halqa bana kar baith jaate aur qur'ane kareem aur faraaiz aur Aap r ke bataaye tareeqon ki taaleem haasil kiya karte the. [Musnad Abu ya'la : 4088] Kuch log aise bhi the jin ko din mein waqt nahein milta tha to woh raat mein qur'an padha karte the, Hazrat Anas t ne ansaar ke 70 logon ke mutaalliq bayaan kiya hai ke jab raat ho jaati to woh madeene mein apne muallim ke yahaan jaate aur qur'an padhne mein raat guzaarte. [Tabraani kabeer : 3606] Hazrat Umar t ne jab khaas taur par bachchon ke liye maktab jaari kiya to shuru mein din bhar bachchon ko padhaane ka hukm diya tha magar is se un logon ko kaafi pareshaani hoti thi is ke baad un hone fajr ke baad se dophar se kuchh pehle tak aur zohar ke baad se asr tak taaleem dene ka hukm diya. Chunaanche ulama ne likha hai ke jab Hazrat Umar t ne Aamir bin Abdullah khuzaai ko muallim banaaya, to woh mustaqil (din bhar) bachchon ko taaleem diya karte the....... Bachchon ne Hazrat Umar t se auqaat mein kami ki darkhwaast ki to unhon ne hukm diya ke fajr ke baad se zuha aali (10 se 11 baje) aur zohar se baad se asr tak taaleem dein aur baaqi waqt aaraam karein. [Alfawaakihud Dawaani : 1/176] Hazrat Umar t ke is fail se samajh mein aata hai ke maktab mein bachchon ki taaleem ke liye auqaat un ki sahoolat ke lihaaz se rakhe jaaye taake taaleem haasil karne mein boj na ho. 30 Bachchon ka taleemi waqt 1 Bachchon ki sahoolat ko saamne rakh kar taaleem ka waqt subah, dopahar aur shaam mein muqarrar karein aur talaba ko auqaate taaleem mein sahoolat di jaaye to khud ba khud taadaad mein izaafa hoga. 2 Aaj kal bachchon ki masroofiyaat pehle se bahot ziyaada ho gayi hain, school aur tuition ki mashgooli ke saath saath khel kood ki taraf rujhaan badhta chala ja raha hai, jiski wajah se bachchon ko waqt faarig karna bahot mushkil ho raha hai, in masroofiyaat ke saath ek ghanta bhi maktab mein Deeni taa’leem ke liye faarig kar raha hai to yeh hamaare liye bahot qeemti hai. 3 Shahron mein subah 8 baje se 11 baje tak, Zohar se Asar tak, Asar se Magrib aur Magrib se Isha ek ek ghante ki jamaat (batch) banaayi jaayein. 4 Saal ke taaleemi auqaat ko muta'yyan kiya jaaye aur asar se magrib aur magrib se isha tak ki jamaat (batch) ka waqt sawa ghanta rakha jaaye, taaki Namaaz ka waqt tabdeel hone ki soorat mein bachchon ki jamaat ka waqt na badle aur bachchon ka taaleemi harj na ho. 5 Dehaaton mein subah ek ek ghante ki teen jamaatein hon aur shaam mein bhi teen jamaatein hon. 6 Agar kisi jagah ke maqaami zimmedaar maktab ka waqt ziyaada rakhna chaahein to mashwara kar ke ziyaada waqt bhi rakh sakte hain. 7 Jo bachche school nahein jaate hain, aur mukammal jamaat ho to un ke liye ziyaada waqt padhaane ki tarteeb banaayein. 8 Jo bachche rozaana ek ghanta nahein de sakte ya door daraaz ilaaqon mein rehte hain; un ke liye hafte mein chhutti ke din kam az kam do se teen ghante ki jamaat (batch) banaayein. Baligaan ka taaleemi waqt 9 Badon ke liye un ki sahoolat ke waqt mein; baad Namaaze Fajr aur baad Namaaze Ish jamaat (batch) banaayein. 10 Ilaaqe ki nauiyat aur zaroorat ke mutaabiq badon ka waqt dopahar mein ya kisi aur waqt mein bhi rakh sakte hain. 11 Badon ke liye bachchon se ziyaada sahoolatein rakhi jaayein taake un ke liye doosri mashgooliyaat mein Deen seekhna aasaan ho jaaye. 31 12 Badon ke liye alag jamaat (batch) banaayi jaaye, bachchon ke saath na bithaaya jaaye. Mastooraat ka taaleemi waqt 13 Mastooraat (badi aurton) ki taaleem ke liye subah 11 se dopahar 4 baje tak (yeh waqt umooman faarig hota hain) ek ek ghante ke darje ki tarteeb banaayi jaaye. 14 School aur college ki bachchiyon ka maktab subah 9 se Asr tak chala sakte hain. (magrib ke baad maktab na chalaaya jaaye) Sho'ba-e-Hifz ka taaleemi waqt 15 Maktab mein hifz karne ke liye jamaat (batch) banaayi jaayein, aur hifz mein unhi talaba ka daakhla lein jinka nazira-e-Qur’an me’yaari ho. 16 Maktab mein juz waqti (part time) hifz ke liye kam az kam 4 ghante ki jamaat (batch) subah, dopahar ya phir Magrib baad banaayi jaaye, 20 minute Deeniyat nisaab padhaayein aur baaqi waqt hifze Qur’an mein lagaayein. 17 Maktab mein kul waqti (full time) ke liye subah 4 ghante, baad Zuhar dhaai ghante aur baad Magrib ta Isha taaleemi waqt ho jis mein Deeniyat ke liye 20 minute ho. 18 Darja-e-hifz ke talaba ke rozaana ke sabaq, sabaq paara aur daur wa aamokhta ki ittila hafta-waari kaarkardagi baraaye darja-e-hifz (diary) main tehreeran waalidain ko dein. 19 Darja-e-hifz mein daakhla lene waale talaba ko paara 29 aur 30 ki muntakhab sooratein pehle yaad karaayein taaki woh rozaana unhein padhte rahein. Sho'ba-e-aalimiyat ka taaleemi waqt 20 Sho’ba-e-aalimiyat ke liye kam se kam 6 gante taaleemi auqaat ek saath ya subah, dopahar aur shaam mein rakhe jaayein. Ramzaanul Mubarak mein taaleemi waqt 21 Maahe Ramzaan mein waqt mein sahoolat dein, aur sirf subah aur Zuhar ta Asr makaatib hon to behter hai. 22 Maahe Ramzaan mein Asr baad aur baad Namaaze Magrib aane waale bachchon ko un ki sahoolat ke etibaar se subah ya zohar baad bulaayein. 23 Agar jamaatein ziyaada hon to do se teen jamaat (batch) ek saath ek ek ghante mein padha lein. 24 Muallimeen ramzan mein asbaaq ki miqdaar kam karke padhe huwe asbaaq ko yaad karaane par ziyaada tawajjoh dein. 32 18. Fees ke zariye khud kafeel 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Maktab ko khud kafeel banaane ke liye fees ka nizaam banaaye. Jaan aur maal lagne se ilme Deen ki ahmiyat paida hoti hai. Fees ki wajah se maa-baap apne bachchon ko paabandi se maktab bhejte hain, is tarah bachchon ki gair haazri kam hoti hai. Fees ke nizaam se talaba, waalidain aur asaatiza fikarmand rehte hain. Waalidain ko fees dene ki targeeb di jaaye, kyun ke jab ham achchhi taaleem deinge aur bachchon ko maktab se faaida hoga to woh zaroor fees ada kareinge. Fees wasool karne ke liye taareekh aur waqt muqarrar karein, taake fees lene aur dene mein aasaani ho. Fees wasooli ki raseed bhi di jaaye aur saath saath ragister mein bhi indiraaj karein taake muaamlaat saaf rahein. Behtar yeh hai ke maktab ka account khol kar fees bank mein jama kar di jaaye taake muaamlaat saaf rahein aur hisaab dene mein asaani ho. Fees maktab ke zimmedaar, sadar mudarris ya (un auqaat mein jin mein taaleemi zimmedaari na ho) ya mohtamim wasool kare ya phir kisi ek shakhs ko fees ki wasooli ke liye mut’ayyan kar dein, muallim ke zimme na kare to behtar hai warna taaleem mein harj hoga. Gareeb talaba ki fees 1 Pahli tarteeb: Agar kisi jagah waalidain gurbat ki wajah se fees ada nahein kar sakte to ilaaqe ke ahle khair hazraat ko is taraf mutawajjeh kar ke is ki fees ada karwaane ka nazm karein. 2 Doosri tarteeb: Ahle khair hazraat se raqam le kar waalidain ke haath mein dein aur un se kahein ke aap is se apne bachchon ki fees ada kardein. 3 Teesri tarteeb: Fees ka intizaam na hone ki wajah se koi bachcha ilme Deen se mahroom na rehe, is liye wakaalat naama pur karwaaya jaaye. Ustaaz ki tarbiyat (Workshop) 1 Muallim / muallima ka tarbiyat yaafta (deeniyat nisaab wa nizaam aur tareeqa e taaleem ko jaan ne waala) hona zaroori hai taake taalibe ilm ko saheeh tarteeb se padha sake aur maktab ko munazzam kar ne mein mueen wa madadgaar banega. 2 Muallim / muallima ka maktab mein taqarrur karne se pehle use Idara e Deeniyat ya apne ilaaqe ke Deeniyat center par workshop ke liye bheje. 3 Muallim / muallima ko tarbiyat dene ke liye (agar center par Muallim kisi wajah se na ja sake to) center ke zimmedaar se raabta kar ke maqaami nigraan ko apne maktab mein bula kar tarbiyat dene ki tarteeb banaaye. 4 Maqaami zimmedaar infiraadi wa ijtimaai kaarguzaari ke liye muallim ko har do maah mein center par bheje taake nisaab wa nizaam ke mutaalliq hidaayaat aur tadrees mein aa rahi dushwaariyon ko hal kiya ja sake. 37 22. Sadar Mudarris aur Mohtamim 1 Agar maktab mein ziyaada bachche ho jaayein to jamaat (batch) badhaayein taake ek Muallim alag alag waqt mein mehdood bachchon ko achchhi taaleem de sake ya fouran doosre Muallim ka taqarrur karein. 2 Aur agar 3,4 Muallim ho jaayein to phir ek Muallim ko sadar mudarris banaayein. 3 Maktab mein sadar mudarris ya mohtamim ke hone se maktab ka me’yaar buland hota hai aur bachchon ke taaleemi nataaij achchhe aate hain, kyun ki is ke zariye musalsal nigraani hoti hai. 4 Aise Muallim ko sadar mudarris banaayein jiski taaleemi salaahiyat achchhi ho, padhaane ka tajrba aur muaawanat wa khidmat ka jazba ho, haakimaana mijaaz na ho, ba-akhlaaq aur muttaqi parhezgaar ho taake Muallimeen aur bachchon par bhi uska asar pade. 5 Sadar mudarris ke liye do teen jamaat (batch) khaali rakhein,jis mein woh maktab ke intizaami umoor ko anjaam de taake doosre Muallimeen yaksooi ke saath padha sakein. 6 Agar 6 se ziyaada Muallim ho jaayein to un mein se ek ko dmohtamim bana dein. 7 Mohtamim ko mukammal taur par taaleem se faarig rakha jaaye, taake maktab ke taaleemi wa intizaami umoor ko ba-husn wa khoobi anjaam de sake. 38 23. Sadar Mudarris aur Mohtamim ke zariye nigraani 1 Sadar mudarris / mohtamim ki zimmedaariyaan 2 Sadar mudarris aur mohtamim ke liye zaroori hai ke apne maqaam wa mansab ko jaane aur i k h l a as wa l i l l a a h i ya t ke s aa t h a p n i zimmedaariyon ko poora kare. 3 Sadar mudarris aur mohtamim apne aap ko qaum wa millat ka khaadim samjhe aur basti ke har bachche ko maktab laane ki fikr kare. 4 Maktab ke intizaami umoor aur taaleemi taraqqi se mutaalliq zimmedaaron se muzaakra karna aur maktab ke taaleemi me'yaar ko buland karne ki har mumkin koshish karna. 5 Talaba ki taaleem wa tarbiyat par khusoosi tawajjoh dena. 6 Talaba ke daakhle ka nizaam banaana. 7 Talaba ki fees ki tarteeb bana kar wasool karna aur jo bachche fees na de sakein, unke baare mein zimmedaaron se mashwara kar ke un talaba ke waalidain se wakaalat naama pur karwaana. 8 Talaba ki haazri aur gair haazri ke mutaalliq fikr karna aur maqaami zimmedaaron ke saath mil kar gair haazir talaba ke sarparaston se phone par baat karna aur hasbe zaroorat mulaaqaat ki bhi tarteeb banaana. 9 Saalaana taateelaat, imtihaanaat, parents meeting, jalse wagaira ka peshgi nizaam banaana aur waqt par in tamaam umoor ko achchhi tarah anjaam dena. 10 Rozaana kuchh waqt faarig kar ke kisi bhi jamaat mein ja kar taaleemi jaaiza lena aur poore maah mein har jamaat ka jaaiza mukammal karna. 11 Talaba ki taaleemi kamzoori par Muallimeen se muzaakra karna. 12 Har maah Muallimeen ko jod kar maktab ke taaleemi me’yaar, haazri aur asaatiza ke masaail wa zarooriyaat aur intizaami umoor ke mutaalliq mashwara karna aur tamaam Muallimeen ko mueen wa madadgaar samajhte huwe unke mufeed mashwaron par amal karne ki koshish karna. 13 Sadar mudarris / mohtamim ka asaatiza ke haazri register ka jaaiza lena aur Muallim ki galati aur kotaahi ki hikmat se islaah karna. 14 Maqaami zimmedaaron se mil kar darmiyaan mein maktab chhodne waale bachchon ke waalidain se mulaaqaat karna aur wajah maaloom kar ke dobaara daakhle ki targeeb dena. 15 Saale chahaarum aur saale panjum ke talaba aur unke waalidain se mulaaqaat kar ke aainda saalon mein secondary course padhne ki tashkeel karna. 16 Maktab ke maqaami zimmedaar, mohtamim, sadar mudarris, maqaami nigraan aur center ke zimmedaar ka aapas mein rabt zaroori hai taake maktab ka intizaami aur taaleemi nizaam achchhi tarah chal sake lihaaza center ke tey shuda program mein asaatiza ke saath shareek hona aur maktab mein maqaami nigraan ki aamad par ta'awun karna. 39 24. Asaatiza ki tankhwaah Hazrat Umar t ne tamaam mamaalike maftooha mein har jagah qur'an majeed ka dars qaaim kiya, aur muallim wa qaari muqarrar kar ke un ki tankhwaahein tey kein, chunaanche yeh amr bhi un ke auliyaat mein shumaar kiya jaata hai ke unhon ne muallimon ki tankhwaahein muqarrar kein, us waqt ke lihaaz se kam na thein masalan khaas madeene munawwarah mein chhote chhote bachchon ki taaleem ke liye jo maktab the un ke muallimon ki tankhwaahein maahaana 15, 15 dirham thein. Ek martaba Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbaas t ne Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair t se kaha ke hadeesein bayaan karo, Hazrat Saeed ghabraaye aur kaha ke mein aap ki maujoodgi mein hadeesein bayaan karon ? Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbaas t ne kaha : kya tum par Allah ka yeh ehsaan nahein hai ke tum mere saamne hadees bayaan karo, agar tum ne sahi bayaan ki to Subhaanallah aur agar galati ki to mein us ki islaah kar dunga. Nateeja-e-imtihaan* 1 Chhutti ke din ya ilaaqe ki nau’iyat ke e’tibaar se jis din waalidain aasaani se aa sakte hon ek ek jamaat ke (batch wise) talaba ko bula kar result dein. 2 Nateeja-e-Imtihaan bula kar ehtimaam se dene ki wajah se bachche aur waalidain ke dilon mein us ki ahmiyat paida hoti hai. 3 Nateeja-e-Imtihaan dete waqt waalidain ke saath bachchon ki taalimi aur deeni wa akhlaaqi kaifiyat par muzaakra karein. 46 4 Waalidain ko bachcha jitni cheezein maktab mein padh raha hai bataai jaayein ke aap ka bachcha Qur’an, Hadees, Aqaaid wa Masaail, Islaami tarbiyat, Zabaan padh raha hai aur masha’Allah Allah ke 99 naam mein 70 naam bachche ko yaad hain, aap ki thodi tawaajoh aur fikr se mazeed taraqqi hogi. 5 Tahreeri imtihaan ke parche bhi waalidain ko dikhaaye jaaye ke kis tara talaba ne use likha hai. 6 Bachchon ke waalidain ke saamne bachchon ki taaleem aur tarbiyat ke liye maktab kya zimmedaari ada kar raha hai aur waalidain ki kya zimmedaariyaan hain us ko waazeh kiya jaaye aur tahreeri bhi diya jaaye. 7 Waalidain ki mukammal primary course tak maktab mein bachche ko paabandi se bhejne ki tashkeel ki jaaye. 8 Jo bachche primary course poora kar chuke ya poora karne ke qareeb hain, aise bachchon ke waalidain se secondary aur advance course tak bachchon ko maktab mein bhejne ki tashkeel ki jaaye. 9 Naazira-e-Qur’an mein agar koi bachcha achchha hai to bachche ko maktab mein haafiz banaane ki tashkeel ki jaaye. 10 Waalidain ko baaligaan course mein daakhle ki targeeb dete huwe ghar ki mastooraat ki taaleem ki fikr dila kar mastooraat maktab mein bhejne ki targeeb di jaaye. 11 Result dete waqt sarparaston ko fees aur uniform ki zaroor yaad dihaani karaayein. 12 Fail hone waale bachche ke baare mein hikmat se samjhaayein ki aap ka bachcha kamzor hai isi darje mein aur padh lega to faaida hoga. 13 Waalidain ko yeh bhi bata dein ki maktab nafa kamaane ke liye nahin hai, balke yeh bachchon ke deen wa imaan ki durustagi aur duniya wa aakhirat ki kaamyaabi ke liye hai. 47 29. Imtihaan ki wajah se bachchon ko padhe huwe asbaaq yaad ho jaate hain. Imtihaan se talaba ki taaleemi taraqqi hoti hai aur aapas mein ek doosre se aage badhne ka jazba aur shauq paida hota hai. Imtihaan mein kaamyaab hone se bachchon ka hosla aur etimaad badhta hai. Imtihaan ke zariye muallim ki mehnat ka me’yaar aur bachchon ki taa’leemi nau’iyat waalidain aur intizaamiya ke saamne aati hai. Imtihaan se khoobiyaan aur khaamiyaan saamne aati hain, phir khaamiyon ki nishaandahi kar ke uski talaafi ka mouqa milta hai. Bachchon ko imtihaan ki peshgi ittila ke saath in’aamaat ka bhi elaan kar dein taake bachchon mein shouq paida ho aur uski tayyaari kar sakein. Saal mein bachchon ke do imtihaan hon; ek shash-maahi aur ek saalaana. Maktab ke imtihaan, school ke imtihaan ke saath na hon; pehle ya baad mein hon taake bachche par taaleem ka ziyaada bojh na pade. Tamaam makaatib ke imtihaanaat center ki hidaayaat ke mutaabiq hon. Imtihaan ke liye ilaaqe ke madase aur deegar (deeniyat ke alaawa) makaatib ke muallimeen ko bula kar unhein imtihaan lene ki tarteeb bata kar imtihaan dilwaaya jaaye taake unhein bhi deeniyat nizaam wa nisaab shuru karne ki targeeb ho. Imtihaan lene waala deeniyat nisaab wa nizaam aur talaba ki miqdaare khawaandagi se waaqif ho, neez use padhaane ka tajarba bhi ho, taake bachchon ke sahi taaleemi nataaij saamne aa sakein. Imtihaan lene waala bachchon ka achchhi tarah imtihaan le, khaana puri na ho, taake talaba, waalidain aur asaatiza sab mutma’in hon. Imtihaan mein darja bandi ka khayaal rakha jaaye, agar kayi mu’allim padhaate hon to ek darje ka imtihaan ek hi mumtahin ke zimme kiya jaye, masalan jis ne darja-e-duwwam ka imtihaan liya hai, wahi doosre ustaaz ke darja-e-duwwam ka imtihaan le taake ek darje ke numberaat mein yaksaaniyat rahe. Bachchon ko numberaat dene mein numberaat dene mein mayaana-rawi ikhtiyaar ki jaaye mubaalga na kiya jaaye, ke bachche khus fehmi mein mubtala ho jaayein aur unka taaleemi nuqsaan ho. Jalse mein atraaf ke makaatib ke (jin mein deeniyat nahi chal raha hai) zimmedaar hazraat aur asaatiza-e-kiraam ko bhi mad’oo kiya jaaye taake woh deeniyat nisab wa nizaam se hone waale nataaij ko dekhe aur apne maktab mein shuru karne ki targeeb ho. 48 17 Jis ilaaqe ya gaaon mein maktab nahin hai to wahaan ke imaam, trusty aur ahl-ekhair hazraat ko daa’wat di jaaye taake woh bhi apne gaaon mein maktab shuru karne ki fikr karein. 18 Jalse mein tamaam talaba wa taalibaat ko program mein shareek karein, taake bachchon ki hosla afzaai ho aur unka program dekhne ke bahaane unke waalidain bhi jalse mein aayein. 19 Jalse ke program ka khaaka tayyaar kar ke bachchon ka intikhab karein aur unko program ki mashq karaayein. 20 Ijtimaai program pesh kiya jaaye taake ziyaada bachche hissa le sakein, program banaate waqt talaba ko do jamaa’at mein taqseem karein; pehli jamaa’at zaheen bachchon ki, unko infiraadi program dein, doosri jamaa’at mutawassit bachchon ki, unko ijtimaai program dein, masalan Hamd wa Naat wagaira. 21 Program ki mashq ke liye bachhcon ko maktab ke taaleemi waqt ke alaawa unke faarig waqt mein bulaayein taake taaleem ka harj na ho. 22 Agar maktab mein taaleeme baaligaan ka bhi nazm ho to baaligaan ka bhi chhota sa program pesh karein taake baaligaan ki tashkeel aasaan ho. 23 Bachche aur bachchiyaan (9 saal se kam umr waali) maktab ke uniform mein program pesh karein. 24 Jalse mein nisaab ke tamaam mazaameen mein se program pesh kiya jaaye taake bachche maktab mein jo kuchh padh rahe hain, woh sab ke saamne aa jaaye aur waalidain ko maaloom ho jaaye ke hamaara bachcha maktab mein kya seekh raha hai. 25 Maktab ke fawaaid ke ooper ek mukaalma zaroor rakha jaaye, Hamd wa Naat aur akhlaaqi wa islaahi sabaq aamoz mukaalme baahar se bhi le sakte hain, Jalse mein ek saada kaagaz taqseem karke jalse mein shareek logon ke ta’assuraat likhwa kar jama kiye jaayein. Bachchon ne kaisa program pesh kiya?) 26 Jalse ke akheer targeebi baat ho, jis mein makatab ke usool wa zawaabit aur maqaasid, aulaad ke muta’alliq zimmedaariyaan byaan kar ke jalse mein maujood logon ko apne bachchon ko maktab bhejne ki targeeb dein. 27 Ibtidaai (primary), saanwi (secondary) aur izaafi (advance) nisaab ki wazaahat karte huwe bachchon ko mukammal 15 saal bhejne ki targheeb dein. 28 Naye daakhle ki tashkeel karein aur zaroorat padne par daakhla form bhi taqseem karein. 29 Jalse mein moujood baaligaan (mard hazraat) ko maktab mein aane ke liye targeeb dein aur apni zimmedaariyon ka ehsaas dila kar baa-qaaida tashkeel kar ke maqaami zimmedaaron ke zariye baaligaan ki jamaat (batch) banaayein. 30 Jalse mein shareek mastooraat ko aurton ki taaleem ki ehmiyat aur gharon mein deeni maahoul banaane ki fikr dilaate huwe un ko mastooraat maktab mein aane ki targheeb dein. 31 Aakhir mein dua par jalse ka ikhtitaam ho. 49 30. Inaamaat (certif icate, shield, medal)* 1 2 3 4 5 6 Imtiyaazi numberaat se kaamiyaab hone waale talaba wa taalibaat ko inaamaat (certificate, shield, medal) dekar himmat afzaai karein. Jalse mein inaamaat se bachchon mein taaleem ka jazba aur ek doosre se aage badhne ka shouq paida hota hai. Inaamaat ko kisi Aalim, buzurg, mohtamim ke haathon se taqseem kiya jaaye taake bachchon ki hosla afzaai ho. Saalaana imtihaan mein awwal, duwwam, suwwam numberaat se kaamiyaab hone wale talaba ko saalaana jalse mein certificate, shield aur medal diya jaaye. Saal bhar mukammal haazir rehne waale talibe ilm aur Namaaz ki paabandi karne waale taalibe ilm ko bhi inaam (shield wagaira) dein. Jalse mein shareek tamaam bachchon ko umoomi inaam (sanad shirkate jalsa) dein taake unki hosla afzaai ho. 50 51
