WHAT ARE THE EXHIBITION RULES? • exhibited artworks must be limited to an edition of 30 prints maximum (all sizes) • mandatory display of the price on a personnalized label with the name of the gallery (artist name, title of the artwork, edition, price in € VAT incl.) • only artists approved by the artistic committee must be exhibited • at least one artwork priced at less than 1000 € should be selected for the «start to collect» tour and collection nb: among the selection criteria of the artistic committee, emphasis is placed on the expression of an author’s vision and the innovative use of the photographic medium. (1 100€ + 600€ fee) * sizes might be modified according to the final layout of the fair. these prices do not include extras such as carpet, vellum, additional spotlight, furniture, electrical sockets on the booth, dedicated wifi connection or additional pages in the catalogue. you can order these items once your booth has been allocated (july 2015). limited availability for the walls on a first come first serve basis. custom booth on request. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EXHIBITOR PACKAGE? • 3m high walls covered with cloth (color of your choice) • 1 spotlight of 70w per 4 sqm WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MANDATORY FEE OF 6OO€ VAT EXCL.? • • • • • • • membership secured online exhibitor space 1 page in the catalogue targeted press relations 1 catalogue 100 personalized electronic invitations 15 vip invitations • referencing on www.fotofeverartfair.com of your gallery during a 12 months period and web support for the upload of your artists (up to 100 images) • social media and newsletter campaigns • standard wifi connexion for your booth update 04/02/15 HOW TO APPLY? 1. create your personal space exclusively online on www.fotofeverartfair.com in the exhibitor section 2. submit your application by giving general information about your gallery and your artistic project 3. proceed to the payment for your application deposit (1 500€). a gallery that has not paid fully the deposit will not put forward to the committee. the deposit will be refunded in case of non-selection 4. read and agree to the general terms and conditions document available in the inscription process fotofever and its artistic committee will promise to respond to your application within 4 weeks. VAT RULES FOR EXHIBITORS companies with a valid european VAT number, that are not having their participation billed to a french address, are exempt from french VAT (20%).
