The unique, functional cleaning and recycling-center
for diagonal door corner-sink cabinets.
The Rondo is an innovative combination allowing
unlimited utilization of all its bins, compartments
and cleaning accessories. It comprises two 20L pullout bins, side utensil boxes and a 12L multifunction
bucket with a perforated lid where you can leave
wet cloths or sponges to dry. Smooth and comfortable
operation is ensured through the use of Soft-control
telescopic runners and a steady 360° turntable.
As with most Hailo products in the comfort range, a
dustpan and brush are included.

MATERIAL APPROVAL TEST
Ladders and folding steps are products which require
high safety standards. They need to measure up to the
trust shown in the Hailo brand in their day-to-day use.
That’s why Hailo has developed and produced all its
ladders in Germany using experienced personnel for
over 60 years now. As a result, retailers and end users
have invested a great deal of confidence in us and
made us the outright market leader.
The materials and components that Hailo uses are tested
for their suitability and quality. For absolute safety we
use only punch rivets for securing the steps. Only once
these have been subjected to endurance testing under
the toughest conditions in the laboratory and in practice
is approval given for series production.
EDDY-CURRENT TEST
MANUAL DIMENSION CHECK
The rails are formed from a special aluminium alloy
and are subject to eddy-current testing in a single pass.
After all, only a strong and flawlessly welded rail can
guarantee our legendary Hailo safety.
Experienced personnel clinically and precisely check
strength throughout the rails – Hailo knows that
safety reassures.
LOAD TEST
FINAL VISUAL INSPECTION
During the manufacturing process, the riveted joints
are tested automatically and 100% on every ladder.
The Hailo brand stands for products which offer an
exceptionally long lifetime, and every ladder needs to be
100% safe from the first time you set foot on it to the
last day of use.
In addition, each ladder is then subjected to a final
visual inspection. Here, the ladders are closely
scrutinised according to specific testing criteria. Only
ladders that pass this check can carry the Hailo trademark.
