Mini-Europe
The most beautiful miniature park in Europe that gives a European dimension to your event. The
park is situated right next to the world famous Atomium. In Mini-Europe you can find monuments
recreated down to the smallest detail on a scale of 1/25th. Even on scale the monuments are very
impressive, the Eifel Tower for example has a height of 13 meters and exceeds the height of a three
story building.
In this unique surrounding with easy access and parking
facilities we can offer you a 100% exclusivity in 3 different
rooms with view on the park. In the evening, after regular
opening hours, you can even enjoy the park in entire
exclusivity.
In total we can welcome up to 700 guests in the rooms, if you
wish to organize an event for more guests we also have
possibilities to provide extra tents. Once the evening falls the
park is illuminated by a thousand and one lights and we offer
the possibility to organize exclusive fireworks.
Mini-Europe can host cocktail parties, staff parties, family
days, seminars, product presentations, press conferences etc.

Introduction
The Park
Europe ... a theme that is still relevant today, the key to the success of your event!
Personalize the Mini-Europe park with your colors and publicity (flags, banners,
displays,...). More so, by organizing an evening activity you offer your guests the chance to
experience this unique framework under the magical atmosphere of a thousand and one
lights. The visit to the park can be done accompanied by guides or free at your own tempo.
The catalogue (available in 11 languages) is will be your guide to the visit. Crossing Europe
in Mini-Europe takes only 100 minutes.
A fireworks creates the necessary magical atmosphere to make your event something
unforgettable.
The infrastructure
Rooms
The infrastructure consists of 4 rooms which represent a total area of 835m², and a
maximum capacity of +/- 500 persons seated and 1,000 persons standing. Almost all rooms
are in direct contact with each other and are equipped with chairs and tables according to
your needs.
Equipment
The audio visual equipment includes a large screen TV, a projector, a video, a DVD player,
an overhead projector, flipchart and sound system for background music. If desired, we also
have a wireless microphone at your disposal.
Decoration
The decoration possibilities are extensive and can be adjusted following your requests.
Parking
Parking T of the Exhibition Palaces is less than 5min. walking distance of Mini-Europe.
Places are paying (€ 5 per car: January 2014), but can be reserved in advance.
Catering options
Mini-Europe has its own catering service that satisfies your specific requirements, and
offers you various catering formulas. Try to imagine how your guests will admire a
spectacular firework show from the terrace with a glass of mulled wine in hand or how they
celebrate an exotic evening party in the summer around a barbecue.

Remarks





The restaurant and covered terrace are on the ground level with views of the park
The restaurant and the J. Delors room are the only heated rooms. Of course, all
rooms can be equipped with additional lighting and heating.
During opening hours only the following room can be offered in exclusivity, the
room 'Jacques Delors'. Depending on the size of the event, the other rooms can also
be offered in exclusivity during opening hours subject to agreement (not valid for
the park)
Provided placing additional tents, an additional area of 370m² can be created, in
other words 350p. seated or 550p. This requires additional costs (basic structure,
wooden floor + carpet, lighting, heating, etc. on request)
Since May 2003, we have a unique exhibition "Spirit of Europe". This interactive,
instructive and entertaining exhibition can also be used for your cocktails.

Remarks:
 Mini-Europe cannot guarantee exclusivity of the park during the opening hours, but
you will benefit of exclusivity for the room you rent.
 If the event takes place after opening hours, a rate of € 100 for a hostess that will
control the access will be added to the rent.
 An additional fee of € 250 / hour will be charged to the rent after 2 am.
Catering


To use our caterer, ask us for the various catering formulas; receptions, buffets,
walking dinners, etc.
If you want to use your own caterer, we will ask a corkage fee of € 6/p.

The prices fluctuate greatly depending on the reputation of the artists.
