Yoga Unplugged
NEW CLASS! Fridays @ 9:30-11 am
This is a class for everyone, an end-of-the-week reset, a preparation for sliding out of
ordinary weekday time into a more sacred space of connection to our deeper selves, to
our communities and to the natural rhythms of the world.
An embodied and mindful way of shifting inside through asana, pranayama and
meditation. Finding connection with the natural world through connection with our
bodies, breath and internal rhythms.
Toby believes that every person, with the body they have right now, should be able to have access to the
benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive environment. She offers tools for reducing stress and improving
well-being in daily life with the goal of helping students rediscover a connection to body, breath and
As a mother herself, Toby loves to share the benefits of yoga during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Toby grew up in a home saturated with Eastern philosophy, and has also practiced Aikido, meditation,
breathing, self-defense, and leads Jewish ritual. Toby began her yoga practice in 1997, and is a
Registered Yoga Teacher, following 200-hour training at HeartSong Yoga, and an 85-hour training in
Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga from 8 Limbs Yoga Centers.
