Bar Exemption
A bar exemption where applicable can be applied for at a cost of €450.00. This extends the drinking time by one hour on
Monday to Thursday with bar closing at 01.30am. Friday & Saturday bar closes at 02.00am & Sunday at 01.00am.
All entertainment must cease by 02.00am. Bar must be vacated after 30 mins of closing.

Terms & Conditions
A provisional booking will be held for 7 days , unless confirmed by a deposit, it shall be automatically cancelled.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made through a third party or under false pretence.
Prospective clients must always meet with a member of management by appointment prior to acceptance of the first deposit.
Deposit due for confirmation is €500. This deposit is non-refundable.
Further payment of €500 is due within two months of paying booking deposit.
Prices quoted for 2016 and 2017 include value added tax (however prices are subject to change without notice and annual increase i.e. government VAT).
To avail of our wedding packages on a Friday or Saturday, a minimum number of 100 guests are required.
7 Days prior to wedding final numbers are due along with final payment.
A cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation charges in addition to the forfeit of the original deposit will be charged in full
if the wedding is cancelled within 12 weeks of the wedding date. Cancellation charges will apply to all items booked.
Cancellation fees are as follows
8 months prior - 25% of the estimated cost
Less than 6 months - 75% of the estimated cost
1 week prior - Full payment of the pre booked service
Pre booked services include food, beverage, bar extension and accommodation.
It is assumed that no exceptional noise will be created. Live bands are requested to finish by 12 midnight and all music by 2am.
No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought onto the premises by the patron or any of the patrons, guests or invites, without special permission
from the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to make a charge for this service. All HACCP regulations apply.
Accommodation rooms on hold will be released within a month of the wedding date, if a rooming list and credit card has not been received per room.
We strongly recommend that guests pre-book bedrooms as we cannot guarantee availability. Accommodation deposits are non-refundable.
The Hotel does not accept wedding gifts, cards on behalf of the Bride and Groom or accept any liability for belongings left in the hotel.
We strongly advise that an appointed member of your wedding party look after this and this person’s name be made
known to the Events team prior to your wedding day.
Should you be forced to postpone your date booked, the original deposit paid to the hotel may be transferred to another date booked within 6 months of the original.
Final menu details are required to be confirmed ten days in advance of your wedding day.
Final numbers are required one week prior to your reception and they will be the minimum number charged for: Should your numbers decrease on the day of your
function, the original confirmed numbers given stands. Any increase in your numbers will be charged accordingly.
Seating Plans must be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance and should be emailed in word format.
Wines, wedding cake etc. are to be presented to the hotel during office hours, Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. No wedding items will be accepted outside these times.
Children are most welcome at the d hotel; we would be delighted to discuss children’s menus and services with you. Supervision is advised for younger guests.
The d hotel will not be liable for any failure or delay to provides facilities, services, food or beverages because of events or matters outside its control.
The d hotel reserves the right to amend or change package items and pricing for new bookings without prior notice.
