THE CONFERENCE is run in a very informal fashion. We will make up a schedule in advance, and revise as we go. If you arrive you will be fitted in. It is, however, useful to us to know who is likely to participate, so please let one of the organizers know of your intention to come by March, if possible, and give us a title. That way we can get a good idea of what to expect and can plan accordingly. PRESENTATION: This is an international conference. While English is the working language, it is not the mother tongue of many of your listeners. So, it is more than usually important to be clear. Talks are preferred to readings (PowerPoint projectors, etc. available). The presentation should be roughly 45 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of discussion. THE IUC: Sessions are held at the Inter-University Centre, located just outside the old city. The sessions usually start at 9:30 am. We normally have four talks each day. At your hotel, they can tell you how to get to the Centre. There will be a conference registration fee of about 35 €.
