150 square

6,3 persons
The government of India calculated by taking the average
multi earner household income of LIG and EWG
that these groups are able to built a house for themselves
with an average ground size of 300 – 600 sq ft (29 – 56 m²).
But this is not the case, because construction and land prizes
are high. So estimated these families only can build
a house with the average ground size of 150 sq ft (15 m²).

Is that a decent living space for a family with
an average amount of 6,3 persons?
