POWER

*Vendors must supply their own extension cords. 100ft cords are recommended
Power fees are as follows: 20 Amp =$150_____ 30 Amp RV Plug =$250_____ 50 Amp RV plug $350_____
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Each Vendor is required to furnish JBJ Productions, INC. with a certificate of insurance with proof of coverage
at a minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limit general liability coverage naming JBJ Productions, Inc. and
Panama City Beach CVB as additional insured. Proof of automobile and Workers’ Compensation coverage with
a minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limit may also be required.
VENDOR MARKETING
JBJ Productions will provide your business with the following marketing tools leading up to the event week
and during the event:





Radio: Mentions during live remotes and broadcasted advertising during event
Social Media: Logo and business mentions on all Social Media outlets
Official T-Shirt: Logo / Name on Official Jeep Beach Jam 2017 T-Shirt
Official JBJ Website: Logo and sponsor inclusion on website with links to your sites
Goody Bags: Your business can include giveaways in Official Registered Bags for all Jeepers
*PLEASE SUPPLY JBJ PRODUCTIONS, INC. WITH ALL LOGO AND INFORMATION TO BE USED IN ITS
MARKETING EFFORTS WHEN SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION
VENDOR LOAD IN
Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event as selected by Event Management based on size and
electrical requirements. All personal vehicles must be in the Vendor Parking Lot and cleared from the Event
grounds. Any vehicle that are not Jeep Vendor related inside the Event grounds at that time or parked
anywhere other than its designated area can be towed at the owner’s expense. Overnight security will be
provided beginning on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 5pm.

CHARITY RAFFLE PRODUCT

***All Products must be suitable for the event and approved by JBJ Productions. Charity raffle items will be showcased
on their own to help increase exposure. Advertisements and communication for the raffle drawings are to be provided
to JBJ Productions by each vendor.
ADDITIONAL RULES & REGULATIONS




VENDORS MAY ONLY SELL PRODUCT LISTED ON THEIR APPLICATION
NO VENDOR IS ALLOWED USE OF THE NAME “JBJ”, “JBJ2017” or “JEEPIN’ BEACH JAM”. THIS IS
STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITIED TO: T-SHIRTS, SIGNS, HATS, PRINTED
MATERIALS, ETC. (UNLESS PRE-APPROVED BY JBJ PRODUCTIONS, INC)
VENDORS MUST FOLLOW ALL CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS TO INCLUDE ANY LICENSES
OR PERMITS NEEDED TO OPERATE DURING THE EVENT.
NOTHING IS TO BE GIVEN AWAY AS AN INDUCEMENT TO PATRONS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN
APPROVAL FROM JBJ PRODUCTIONS, INC.
*Vendor will provide materials to JBJ Productions for all Official JBJ Goodie Bags no later than April 1, 2017. Banners and
signage at all event staging areas are to be approved and hung by JBJ Productions outside of each vendors allotted
space. Vendor space will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Application deadline is March 15, 2017. Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee your acceptance for
Jeep Beach Jam 2017. Once approved by JBJ Productions and upon acceptance, half payment will be due
upfront and the remainder within 30 days from acceptance date.
