(CBI) CBI is a private non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization with a 29-year history of providing substance abuse prevention, education, and treatment services throughout Arizona utilizing cutting edge and nationally recognized treatment models. Our mission is to provide the highest quality clinical treatment, family preservation, prevention, and education services to assist the community to reduce crime, lower health care costs, decrease dependence on welfare, and minimize “revolving door” use of scarce public services. We are dedicated to providing a continuum of care that begins with prevention and continues through treatment and recovery. Winslow & Holbrook Stabilization and Recovery Units (SRU’s) CBI operates two Level IV facilities in Navajo County located in Winslow and Holbrook to provide the following services: •Crisis intervention, triage, stabilization & short-term recovery services (three-five days) •Peer support & community-based outreach teams •Counseling services, transition & referral •Continuing care & family support programs Our SRU programs in Winslow and Holbrook have been integrated into the surrounding communities by offering traditional Native American services such as Talking Circles and use of the White Bison Wellbriety Movement. Many of our Peers are tribal members and deliver services in their native language to ensure involvement from participants and their families. Our regional tribal partners: Havasupai Tribe, The Hopi Tribe, Hualapai Tribe, Navajo Nation, and White Mountain Apache. Winslow Outpatient Services Prevention in Navajo & Apache Counties CBI’s substance abuse prevention program provides community-based education and training that promotes healthy lifestyles to youth, families, and community members. Our prevention team actively supports the Hopi Alliance Against Substance Abuse (HAASA) Coalition & the Navajo County Drug Project. Contact CBI at 928.205.9593 to inquire about holding on-site trainings and events. CBI’s outpatient program in Winslow provides substance abuse and mental health treatment for men and women. All of our programs provide Best Practice behavioral and cognitive modalities. The following services are available: • Substance use disorder treatment and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), including outpatient detoxification and addiction-based pharmacotherapies* • Mental health treatment & MAT* • Intensive & standard outpatient counseling • Recovery support groups & family programs * Some services provided via Telemed.
