The Roulet Medal is awarded for excellence

Toledo Gold Medal for excellence in Crafts.
Purchase Awards are selected by the Federation from
those items considered by the Jury for General Awards.
Purchase Awards are added to the Collection of
the Toledo Federation of Art Societies which is
administered by the Toledo Museum of Art
with the approval of the Federation Exhibition and Loan
Committee. Loans are made to civic organizations upon request.

presented, but in the mechanics of the Federation
