Successfully led chamber and local business effort to seek 192 million in legislative funding
for Newberg-Dundee bypass as part of HB 2001 in the 2009 legislature.

Successfully led Yamhill county effort to support the Wine Country License plate in the 2011
legislative session

Received the “Chairman’s Award” for outstanding contributions to the Newberg Community
at the 2012 Newberg Community Awards Banquet

As President of Travel Yamhill Valley I managed the Travel Oregon matching grant process.
The grant funded design and implementiaton of a new consumer and institutional brand and
marketing plan for the region.

Developed and presented training seminars on the following topics: Human Resource
Management for small business, Recruitment, Interviewing techniques, Sales Training,
Customer Service, Dealing with Difficult People, Family Friendly Work Practices, Fostering
Diversity etc. (Consulting)

Developed an Organizational Development Program and corresponding incentive plan for a
client that resulted in an increase of 200k in office revenues in a single year without any


Led sales and service operations through acquisition by another company without losing any
sales momentum or major customers. Maintained top sales and total revenue for 14 state

Developed sales strategy and bid response that resulted in winning the second largest contract

Successfully lobbied and passed HB2388 in 1997 Oregon Legislative Session. The bill
