DSACC Updates Letter from Cara Houlding, Office Manager The Extra is funded in part by The Fansler Foundation. Spanish Language Editor: In 2005, my husband and I were blessed with the birth of our son, Carson. All parents would agree, your life is forever changed after the birth of your children. I for one was not aware you could love so unconditionally until we had Carson. At 18 months Carson was diagnosed with Autism and we began our journey into the world of special needs. I have learned a lot through Carson. He has taught me compassion, perseverance, acceptance, patience and so many other lessons. For us, she's been so much more than a speech therapist. She's become a member of our family; an angel that we are so lucky came into our lives. It is through Kelly that this wonderful opportunity of joining DSACC as office manager was presented to me.
