Optimization Tips
• Never point a spray gun at another person or yourself. Injury can result.
• Use the trigger lock feature when the gun is not in use to avoid accidental
discharge.
Trigger Lock
• Add an extension and handle to improve spray gun stability.
• Be sure to use the correct spray gun for your pressure and flow range to ensure
safety and achieve maximum performance.
• The use of steam with spray guns is not recommended.
• Spray guns are rated for optimal flow rates. Use tips that match – no
performance improvements will result from using a tip with a higher capacity
than the spray gun.
• Eliminate water hammer and pressure spikes by using an unloader valve.
• Add a swivel to the hose to ensure easy movement of the spray gun and hose.
• Always use a check valve or similar bypass valve when using high pressures to
ensure safety.
• Check and tighten fluid connections if necessary to avoid leaks.
• Use a spray gun with a “weep” feature to prevent freezing in cold environments.
• In-line strainers provide filtering to protect gun and purity of sprayed liquid.
• Proper selection of a spray gun, for your application, will reduce operator fatigue.

• Ultimate versatility is available with a complete selection of
UniJet® spray tips to meet pattern and flow specifications.
• Sturdy design and materials including nylon handles and trigger
guards, forged brass valve bodies, Buna-N or Viton® stem seals,
PTFE valve seats and stainless steel working parts mean long,
productive equipment life.
• Available outlet adapters convert any standard thread allowing
the attachment of many optional accessories.
• Optional “weep” feature (30A and 70) helps prevent freezing in
cold conditions.
• Standard one-piece nozzles, such as VeeJet® flat spray nozzles,
can be used when mated with proper adapters.
• Ergonomic designs assure positive control and operator comfort
even at maximum flow and pressure conditions.

• All GunJet low pressure spray guns are designed to meet the
special needs of low pressure applications.
• Complete line of accessories for 22650-PP TriggerJet®
spray gun:
– Extensions: 15" (381 mm) or 24" (610 mm). Part number 22665-PP.
• Versatile GunJet low pressure spray guns are designed for use
with a wide variety of spray tips to meet particular pattern and
flow specifications.
– 45° adapter. Part number 22673-PPB.
– Straight adapter. Part number 22664-PPB.
– Adjustable ConeJet® spray tip. Part number 5500-PPB.
– UniJet® strainer. Part number 8079-50-PP.

– Provides an adjustable metering assembly which allows
the applicator to discharge precisely metered volumes
from 1 to 16 ml with a single pull of the trigger.
