The COERVER® method, based on our world recognized pyramid of player development, encompasses individual ball mastery, (1v1) techniques of the world’s greatest players, compe>>ve situa>ons, strength, speed, coordina>on and agility training, modern tac>cs and small group play. • 
The COERVER® Performance Academy is our premier program and pitches some of the top players with each other so that learning can improve quicker and players can mo>vate each other. Not only will players learn the "how" of skills, they will learn the "when", "where", and “why” so that they properly apply the skills they learn. Performing skills AT SPEED is cri>cal for success at this level and this will always be a focus in our Academy training. The training is intense, highly demanding and a proven method for vast improvement. Players are challenged technically, tac>cally, physically & mentally. Our mission is to provide comprehensive soccer educa>on for young players looking to acquire the skills necessary to elevate their game to the next level. • 
We are currently working to provide a sports science component for specific sessions during the year to track player’s progress & record certain data; the data collected will be in similar fashion to sports science used by top European soccer clubs. • 
This program is NOT for all players, any player a9ending will need to be playing at the highest standard of club soccer, have already been a part of the Academy, recommended by there club or have received an invita>on from Pablo Rodriguez, Omar Gallo, or Troy Baughman in order to a9end. Coaching Staff Pablo Rodriguez– Director of Coerver Indiana Currently Coach Pablo serves as the Director of Coerver Coaching Indiana which is known and respected as the world's number one soccer skills teaching method. Pablo Rodriguez played at the top level of professional soccer in the Mexican First Division with Pachuca, Puebla and Correcaminos UAT. As a Coach he led the Bethel College Men's Soccer team from 2002-­‐2005 to three conference championships, three regional championships and three appearances in the NAIA Na>onal tournaments. He was awarded the NAIA North Central Region Coach of the year 2003 and 2004 and the Mid Central Coach of the year in 2002, 2003 and 2004.His experience as a former pro and college coach allows him to effec>vely help players develop the individual skills needed to play at their highest level. Omar Gallo – Director of Coaching Coach Omar is also entering his fifh year (third as head coach) with the Holy Cross College men's soccer team.In his first year at the helm of the Saints, he guided the team to its most successful season in program history where they finished with a program best nine wins, upset a top 15 ranked program and made the programs first ever appearance in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athle>c Conference (CCAC) playoffs before losing in Penalty Kicks to Robert Morris. In addi>on to coaching the Saints and serving as the Director of Coaching for Coerver Coaching Indiana as well as the Director of Coaching for the Michiana Echo. Coach Omar was born and raised In Hamilton, ON, Canada prior to reloca>ng to South Bend, Indiana to be with his wife. Throughout his career Coach Omar was named a first team All-­‐Star, Academic-­‐All-­‐
Canadian, and the Canadian Interuniversity Male Athlete of the Week. Currently Coach Omar s>lls holds all goalkeeping record stats at CBU. In 2008 he received a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies Degree. Coaching Staff Kyle Zaber – Coerver Coach and Mental Skills Director Kyle grew up playing in St. Louis for BUSCH Soccer Club and was four year starter for his High School Varsity Team, earning All-­‐
State Honors his senior year. Kyle was lucky enough to see his oldest brother play at St. Louis University with Brian McBride and Mike Sorber, both former members of the U.S Na>onal Soccer Team Kyle moved to Chicago playing for Dominican University before transferring to the University of Kentucky. While in Kentucky, Kyle began his coaching career with Lafaye9e Boys High School. Since coming to South Bend, Kyle has been coaching with Holy Cross College as an assistant for the Men's program for four years. Coach Kyle has also coached with the Jr. Irish Soccer Club. Kyle currently holds a Master of Arts degree in Sport and Performance Psychology. Using his exper>se in Sport and Performance Psychology it is Kyle's goals to supplement the physical and tac>cal training of athletes with mental training skills. Kyle aims to assist athletes in reaching peak performance states more ofen, with more efficiency, and with greater enjoyment. Kyle's long career in soccer assists him in understanding the physical and mental demands of the game. While earning his Master's Degree, Kyle worked with various soccer clubs in the Denver area in promo>ng mental training skills. Carlos Reynolds– Coerver Coach Coach Reynolds' previous coaching experiences include s>nts at St. Joseph High School, Northwood High School and the women's varsity coach at Marian High School. Coach Carlos was also the head coach for Holy Cross College women's team for four seasons before resigning to join the Coerver Coaching staff. In 2006, Reynolds led the Marian squad to semi-­‐state where the team earned ‘team of the year'. Also in 2006, Coach Reynolds won the NIC coach of the year and in 2008 he led Marian to an overall record of 13-­‐5-­‐1, winning his second NIC coach of the year award. Reynolds played for the Panamanian soccer na>onal team, which par>cipated int he "Mundial de la Emigracion" in 1982, 1983, and 1986. He also par>cipated in the World Cup qualifiers for Panama in Mexico '86, and again in Italy in '90. He also played three years in the Panama Premier League for EuroKickers F.C. Coach Reynolds most recent s>ng was withthe South Bend Soccer Club from 1990 -­‐ 1998. Carols earned a B.A. in Business Administra>on from the Universidad Santa mario La An>gua in Panama City. He also earned a Master of Science in Administra>on from the University of Notre Dame. He currently works for Tire Rack where he works with the internet team. Coaching Staff Sergio Del Campo– Coerver Coach Coach Sergio is entering his third season as a member of the Coerver Coaching staff. Coach Sergio has become on of our top coaches with Coerver. Coach Sergio has plenty of soccer experience. Coming from Mexico, Sergio was recruited by Holy Cross College where he helped build the founda>on of the Men's soccer program. Not only was he a member of the team but Coach Sergio served as a team leader and captain. Briant Estrella– Coerver Coach Coach Briant is a former men’s soccer player for holy cross college. He Currently holds USSF E course soccer coaching license. Coach Briant is entering his second year as a coach for COERVER Indiana and has quickly become one of our top coaches Aileen Clouse– Coerver Coach Coach Aileen is a former goal keeper for holy cross college women's soccer team. She currently holds a USSF E and USSF D soccer coaching cer>ficate as well as NSCAA level 1 and 2 goal keeping diplomas. She is entering her second year working with COERVER Indiana. Technical Coaching from the COERVER® Professional coaching staff Small training groups for more personalized instruc>on for all players (groups will be between 8 – 12 players) 20 sessions (each session is 1 hour and 30 minutes) November – March Performance academy par>cipants receive a 20% discount off all other COERVER® training programs offered by COERVER® Indiana throughout the academy year. Performance academy par>cipants are strongly encouraged to par>cipate in addi>onal training opportuni>es throughout the year. Mental skills training by cer>fied mental skills professional Evalua>ons done for each par>cipant. (Evalua>on dates will be a minimum of two, pre and post evalua>on dates) COERVER® Adidas® jersey COERVER® Adidas shorts Adidas socks Web based support package -­‐ players website used for home study that includes video advice on skills, fitness, health and nutri>on, mental training and much more Speed and agility work will be incorporated into each prac>ce within the COERVER® drills. However, we do not want to lose focus on the main objec>ve of COERVER® training, making each par>cipant a be9er and more confident player with the ball. AGE GROUPS •  COERVER® Indiana will have 4 age group categories, 2 classes per age group and gender for our performance academy. The COERVER Performance Academy program is by invita>on only or you can a9end our evalua>on tryout in August. Those not chosen for the performance academy will be given an op>on to join one of our winter training programs. On August 15th while the kids are a9ending tryouts, there will be a parent orienta>on mee>ng. This is a mandatory mee>ng for all parents of kids wan>ng to par>cipate in the academy. This mee>ng will give parents all the informa>on of why this is the BEST academy style training method in the world. Parent mee>ng will be in a mee>ng room at the Elkhart Sports Center. •

OrientaRon meeRng for girls – 9:30AM OrientaRon meeRng for boys – 11:00AM –  Tryouts will take place at the Elkhart Sports Center on Saturday August 15th –  9:30AM – 10:45AM for girls –  11:00AM – 12:15PM for boys TuiRon fee structure • 
Up front tui>on payment plan: $495.00 -­‐ One >me payment up front due 11/1/2015 • 
3 payment tui>on payment plan: $182.00 / quarter = $546.00* (payments on 11/1/2015, 1/1/2016, 3/1/2016) • 
Monthly tui>on payment plan: $119.00/month over 5 months = $595.00* • 
* Anyone choosing a payment plan must pay by the first of the month due. An a9endance will be taken at the beginning of each month to make sure each individual has paid their fees. Failure to pay will result in your son/daughter not being able to par>cipate that month un>l the fee is paid or they may be excused from the program. •
