Rich in tradition, is famous throughout the world for its fresh taste and gentle. Under the white-brown crust, this lovely cheese has a sweet taste and an aroma of milk quality lost during maturation in favor of a more intense flavor and structured which gives it an amazing aromatic complexity. Good as a table cheese, located endless possibilities to taste it: as appetizers, exalting him with honey, jam and caramelized fruits, or fanciful salads with the addition of an Extra Virgin Tuscan olive Oil.
