His Majesty the Pecorino Toscano is made from a sheep milk which
are coming from pastures of the Tuscany region or from other neighboring
areas included in the its speciﬁcation. Rich in tradition, is famous throughout
the world for its fresh taste and gentle. Under the white-brown crust, this
lovely cheese has a sweet taste and an aroma of milk quality lost during
maturation in favor of a more intense ﬂavor and structured which gives it
an amazing aromatic complexity. Good as a table cheese, located endless
possibilities to taste it: as appetizers, exalting him with honey, jam and
caramelized fruits, or fanciful salads with the addition of an Extra Virgin
Tuscan olive Oil. Ideal for any occasion serve it with Tuscan white wines.
It is an exceptionally elegant cheese.

Made with pasteurized sheep's milk,
salt of Volterra, rennet and indigenous.
