ON THIS TRIP...
You will experience wild life safari in Kenya, which is considered to be one of the world’s
most significant activities.
You will be able to spend time comfortably in your private safari vehicle in Masai Mara Plains,
which is as big as Tuz Lake, second largest lake in Turkey, with its area of 1.700 km2.
Main animals that you will see are African Lion, Cheetah, Leopard, Rhinoceros, Buffalo,
Hippopotamus, Giraffe, Zebra, Crocodile, Wild Boar, several antelopes, impala and
Wildebeest being in the first place, and many bird species, especially Eagle and Vulture. In a
nutshell, you will see all the species that live in the region, Big 5 in particular.
You will meet Masai Villagers, the indigenous people of Kenya, and have a very interesting
experience, getting to know an unusual culture.
Even though you will be spending the night in the middle of wild life, your accommodation
will be in very comfortable and luxurious camps, all meals included. You will have the

Day 1: Istanbul – Nairobi
Meeting with Süha Derbent at 4:00 pm in Istanbul Atatürk Airport
International Terminal. Following check-in process and passport control,
departure for Nairobi at 6:20 pm with Turkish Airlines flight TK 607. Flight
takes approximately 6,5 hours.
Nairobi – Sarova Panafric Hotel
Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara
Arrival to Nairobi at 12:55 am local time. Your private vehicle waiting for you
at the airport will take you to Sarova Panafric Hotel in Nairobi. After breakfast,
transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Masai Mara with a local plane. Your
flight to Masai Mara will take about 1 hour. After arriving at Masai Mara
Airstrip, a private vehicle will take you to the camp where you will spend the
night. Following check-in and lunch, you will have time for rest; then, you will
go on your first safari in Masai Mara. In this safari, you will have the
opportunity to see maximum number of animal species that you can see in a
national park and take their pictures benefiting from the consultancy of Süha
Derbent. Dinner at your camp after safari. You will spend 3 nights in Masai
Mara at Club Tent, which are suit tents of Sarova Mara Game Camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara
Your will go on the safari at an early hour in order to see the awakening of the
nature and the animals. Following the safari, you go back to your camp and
have a pleasant breakfast. After breakfast, you can either continue the safari
picking up your lunch boxes, or have some rest after lunch and go on the
safari in the afternoon. During these safaris, you will have the opportunity to
take pictures that you cannot find anywhere else, thanks to the experience of
Süha Derbent who has received special training on wild life. After the safari,
you go back to your camp and have dinner.
Day 4: Masai Mara
You will go on the safari at an early hour in the morning appropriate for taking
photographs and watching wild life. After the safari, you go back to the camp
and have a pleasant breakfast. After breakfast, you visit a Masai village where
you will have the opportunity to closely observe the local life, and take
pictures of local people and their lives. After your visit, you have lunch and
continue the safari. Following the safari, you review the pictures that you have
taken with Süha Derbent, along with an enjoyable dinner and chat at the
restaurant of your camp.
Day 5: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru
Following the breakfast, after a 6-hour trip by land, you arrive to Lake Nakuru
where the movie “Out Of Africa” was shot, which is also home to about
600.000 flamingos, and sometimes looks pink for this reason. After you settle
in Sarova Lion Hill Lodge where you will spend 2 nights, you go on your first
safari. After the safari, you go back to your camp and have dinner.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru
You will go on the safari at an early hour in the morning appropriate for taking
photographs and watching wild life. You will specifically look for leopards in
Nakuru region where you can see the trees with the most beautiful and the
largest trunks in the world. After the safari, you go back to your camp and
have breakfast. After breakfast, you get some rest, and then have lunch. In
the afternoon, you go on another safari. During these safaris, you will have
the opportunity to take beautiful pictures of several animals with Süha
Derbent. Following the safari, you have dinner at the camp and chats about
Africa while having your drinks around the fire.
Day 7: Lake Nakuru / Nairobi
Following your safari and breakfast, transfer to Nairobi. You settle at Eka Hotel
after a land trip of about 2.5 hours. Free time until dinner at Carnivore
Restaurant. Unforgettable tastes and chat at Carnivore Restaurant. After
dinner, transfer to the hotel and rest until flight time.
Day 8: Nairobi / İstanbul
Transfer to Nairobi Airport in
the night. Following check-in
process, passport control and
customs
transactions,
departure for Istanbul with
Turkish Airlines flight TK 608 at
2:10 am, and arrival to
Istanbul Atatürk Airport at 8:35
