Day 1: NAIROBI On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to the Sarova Panafric Hotel for your overnight stay. Booking is on bed and breakfast. Day 2: NAIROBI – MASAI MARA NATIONAL GAME RESERVE 0730hrs. After your breakfast you will depart for the Masai Mara National Game Reserve with a brief stop at the Rift Valley View point before proceeding with the drive to arrive in time for check in and lunch at the Sarova Mara Game Camp. You will then spend the afternoon at leisure before going for the evening game drive till dusk when you return to your lodge. Masai Mara is well re-known for its abundance of wildlife: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will not go far before you easily spot lions, giraffe, hippos, rhinos, crocodiles, buffalo, wildebeests, zebras, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is usually said the best period to view the spectacular Mara migration of the wildebeest is between July to October. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. Dinner and overnight stay at the Sarova Mara Game Camp. 1 Day 3: MASAI MARA NATIONAL GAME RESERVE On this day, you will enjoy a morning game drive at 0930 hrs and an afternoon game drive at 1530 hrs in the Masai Mara. The game viewing activity will be broken by lunch at the lodge at 1300 hrs. In between, you can have an optional visit to a local Masai village where you will be able to interact with this community and learn about the colorful culture of this nomadic pastoralist community of sub sahara Africa. Dinner and overnight stay at the Sarova Mara Game Camp. Day 4: MASAI MARA NATIONAL GAME RESERVE – NAIROBI – MOMBASA 0630 hrs - early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. OR Take the opportunity to fly over the Mara in a Hot air Balloon provided at extra cost. The balloon package includes a champagne breakfast in the wild! If you can spare the money, viewing abundant game afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience. You will at 1015 hrs depart with a game drive en-route to Nairobi. You arrive in Nairobi in time for a late lunch at the renowned Carnivore restaurant then proceed to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your evening flight to Mombasa. On arrival at the Moi International Airport, another of our representatives will meet you for a transfer to the Voyager Beach Resort for check in. Booking is on an all inclusive basis. Dinner and overnight stay at the Voyager Beach Resort. Day 5 – 10: MOMBASA Spend the days enjoying activities at the finest beach of Mombasa and leisurely pace of life at the Kenyan coast with optional activities and excursions at extra costs. The Voyager is a vibrant, ship-themed resort famous for hosting some of Africa’s finest family entertainments and animation programs, including unique themed journeys across the seven seas, culinary extravaganzas, and special music, fashion, comedy and acrobatic shows. Day 11: DEPART After breakfast you will be free (depending on flight booking) to check out.
