RESERVATIONS
CONFIRMATION POLICY
Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of 100% of the program rate with taxes in up to two working days after
the pre-reservation. In case payment of 100% of the program rate with taxes is not made in up to two working days, the
pre-reservation will be automatically cancelled. Payment of 100% of the reservation confirms full acknowledgement and
acceptance of the terms and conditions of the current Policy of Confirmation/Reservation of this program. In the event of
cancellation after payment of 100% of the reservation, no refunds will be made.
Procedures
In order to guarantee your reservation, it’s necessary to pay 100% of the program rate (including taxes) in up to two
days after the pre-reservation.

ALTERATIONS | CANCELLATION
A fine of 100% of the amount deposited will be charged for requests to change, cancel or “no show”. The Txai Resort doesn’t
reimburse deposits made to guarantee the reservation. The credit (when existent) will be available as a credit letter for future
use in up to 90 days as of the cancellation date. After that day, the credit will be automatically cancelled.
For late check-in or early check-out, 50% of the unused daily rates will be charged.

Our 38 bungalows and apartments are spread throughout the 92-hectares farm, in harmony with the surrounding coconut trees.
They may be located just a few steps from the sand or at the top of hills, with the most stunning ocean views. All accommodations
have: Split air conditioning, LCD TV, king-size bed, wireless internet connection, direct-dial telephone, hair dryer and safety box.
PREMIUM BUNGALOW
Our most sophisticated bungalow, with greater privacy, is located in the hill and has a
privileged view of the sea and the local forest, as well as a private swimming pool. The
70m² bungalow is built on a deck on stilts, with an outdoor shower, a private balcony and
chaise-lounges. The extra pampering includes a 58” LCD TV, a Home theater, a dock
station, a Nespresso machine and a wine cellar for twelve bottles.
LUXURY BUNGALOW
Luxury Bungalow South Wing: The 70m² bungalow is built on a deck on stilts, with
a private balcony with chaise-lounges and an outdoor shower. The extra pampering
includes a 27” LCD TV, a Nespresso machine and a minibar.
Luxury Bungalow North Wing: The 60m² bungalow is built on a deck on stilts, with a private
balcony and an outdoor shower. Only two units are on the hill with a stunning view of the sea.

The 60m² bungalow is built on a deck on stilts, with a private balcony and an outdoor
shower. The bungalows are spread all over the Txai complex, both at the beach and in the

LUXURY APARTMENT
Mezzanine Luxury Apartment: The 80m² apartment is built on a deck on stilts, with a
large private balcony and an outdoor shower. A king-size bed is located on the mezzanine
and two single beds are on the ground floor. The apartments are semi detached and
located in the hill, with a stunning view of the sea and the ground floor is in front of a
garden. The extra pampering includes a 27” LCD TV and a minibar.
Luxury Apartment: The 60m² apartment is built on a deck on stilts, with a private balcony
and an outdoor shower. They are located at the beach level or in the hills and have a
fantastic ocean view. The extra pampering includes a 27” LCD TV and a minibar.
SUPERIOR APARTMENT
The 45m² apartment is built on a deck on stilts, with a private balcony and an outdoor
shower. They are built on blocks of four horizontal apartments. The extra pampering
includes a 27” LCD TV and a minibar.
