The Conundrums are a talented party band
with a uniquely sassy sparkle. Consisting of
female lead vocals, guitar/male vocals, double
bass and drums, the band play an extensive
range of standard covers with a twist, ideal for
either relaxed background music or for more
upbeat evening entertainment.

Their delightfully original fun and frolics have
enhanced many weddings, corporate events,

The band delightfully blend songs from a variety
of eras and are totally individual in both their
sound and style. Their arrangements are rarely
played like the record, and most numbers will be
either a mix of several songs all gently blended
together in a seamless narrative of love, sex, rock
‘n’ roll, and zesty cool.
The Conundrums typically play 2 x 60 minute or
3 x 40 minute sets but the band are more than
happy to tailor the set to your needs. They come
complete with the latest high spec PA system for
crystal clear and sound, as well as high quality
lighting. They also have full PLI and all their
equipment is fully PAT Tested.
They will inject a little samba, a twist of latin and
a dash of hot club into a range of material. Their
beat spans generations including jazz from the

Band Line-Up
Belle - Lead Singer
Saul - Drummer & Vocals
Belle is an accomplished songwriter/composer
and performer. She discovered a natural flair for
jazz at the age of 13 and promptly began learning
any songs she could lay her hands on. Since then
she has gone on to win numerous awards for her
songwriting, and recently her song, Upside Down,
was covered by emerging superstar Paloma Faith.
Belle has performed in Canada, USA, many parts
of Europe and the UK. Belle continues to write
and perform her own material, bringing sass,
sparkle and cool to all her performances.
Saul has enjoyed a varied career as a musician, in
theatre, instrument building for bands and even
running a junk orchestra. He has performed all
over the world in a variety of venues/theatres and
site specific amazing places from intimate venues
to 15000 capacity arenas - It is this experience
that he brings to create the good vibes of The
Conundrums.
Jason - Double Bass
Liam - Guitarist & Vocals
Jason has a vibrant passion for music, bringing
flair and creativity to all his musical projects. He
has been playing bass from age 6, and learning
his craft from the youth jazz bands and music
college. Jason has played across Europe in a
variety of venues, top hotels and art galleries
recording in several of the top recording studios
in London. Comfortable on both the electric and
double bass, Jason is at home playing a variety of
styles –from Rock to Bossa-Nova to Be-Bop.
Liam is a guitarist and singer/songwriter. Prior
to living in the UK, he enjoyed a varied career
in Sydney and Melbourne, including touring
regional Australia with various groups from folk
to country to pop. Now at home in London, he
has BSc Music (hons) from Goldsmiths and works
regularly as a freelance musician and tutor in a
variety of styles. The Conundrums allows Liam
to perform a range of his favourite material in
original ways.
