The MetalKleen series of industrial ultrasonic
cleaners by Kleentek are designed specifically
to assist with cleaning mechanical and engine
components where weir systems are not
required.
The parts basket included with the MetalKleen
30L will accommodate any part(s) that will
fit within the dimensions of 420mm long by
210mm wide, and up to 130mm high (liquid
working depth). This unit is a single tank system
designed for benchtop use to clean smaller
parts and components. It features a sidemounted drain with high quality check valve.
The combination of ultrasonic cleaning with
specially designed cleaning solutions can
effectively replace other manual cleaning
methods such as kerosene tanks, robo-washers
or bead and sand blasting.
The MetalKleen 30L is a powerful and easy
to operate machine that can bring immediate
benefits and efficiencies to your cleaning
processes. Once set up and running, staff
are freed up to perform other tasks while the
cleaner looks after itself.

APPLICATIONS FOR USE
The Metalkleen 30L is a light duty general
workshop ultrasonic machine ideally suited
to the removal of contaminants such as
carbon, old lubricants, scale, rust, resins and
paint from smaller parts. Suitable for use in
automotive, marine, diesel, hydraulics and

Warranty & Service
Kleentek ultrasonic cleaners, when used in accordance
with manufacturer’s instructions and under normal use,
are guaranteed for one year after date of shipment.
Within the period guaranteed, Kleentek will repair
or replace free of charge, all parts that are defective
because of material or workmanship.
Kleentek cleaners are designed to operate only with
non-flammable water-based solutions. We recommend
the use of Kleentek’s specialised range of chemical
solutions with your MetalKleen unit.
