PERMIT #53 U.S. Postage Paid Senatobia, MS Dear church family, There are no words to express my appreciation and gratitude for the wonderful week of worship and praise we had together in VBS 2015. Many lives were changed. The lives of 160 children, countless members of the community that will receive Gods blessings in the way of can goods, and over 60 men, women, and youth that made up this year’s VBS team. The letter below I received from a visitor that served on our team. I hope it touches your heart as it did mine!! Thank for answering the call!! Thank you for saying yes to VBS 2015!! Dear Emily, I just want you to know how much I appreciate the opportunity given to me to work along side you guys at VBS. I feel truly blessed. You and all your sweet ladies and gentlemen, have been so kind to my children and my self that my heart is overwhelmed. I was able to meet some of the children's parents , and all with such sweet spirits. The spirit at your church is such a rare thing. It touched me. Thank so much for being a vessel for the light of Christ. I have seen Him, and I pray He blesses you and the work you guys are doing there. His Joy was present this week. Gods grace is amazing, and just when we are the most discouraged He brings angels to show us His love. Thank you!! Vacation Bible School Children’s Fall Literature The new Sunday School material which we will begin to use in the fall quarter with preschool and elementary classes is called Deep Blue. This resource includes adventure, music, exciting stories, arts and crafts--plus and animated video storytelling and active games!!!! It is all combined into a living-faith experience that will help children discover what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ today!!! Families will be able to extend the Deep Blue weekly lesson into the home with a free, new mobile app for kids!! This app will have mini games which include scripture jumble, Trivia, Break Out, and a Glider Game. So get ready for a weekly adventure through the Bible for our children's ministry!!!
