 Return land transfer : Tawau Airport / Town - Semporna - Tawau Airport / Town
 Return boat transfer : Semporna Jetty - Seaventures Dive Resort - Semporna Jetty
Note: All land and boat transfer are based on Seaventures scheduled time; minimum 2

SAMPLE ITINERARY: DIVING PACKAGE :
First Day : ARRIVAL TO SEAVENTURES RIG RESORT (Lunch/Dinner)
 Meet up at Semporna office. From Semporna Jetty, you will proceed to the Rig. Boat
journey takes approximately 45 minutes, depending on the weather and sea
conditions.
 Check in to your room then a dive briefing by the Seaventures Dive Team.
 Check out dive underneath the Rig.
 If you are qualified for night diving, you can do house reef night diving with your
buddy. There is no additional charges for night diving, except for the torch should
you have none of your own
Next Day : SEAVENTURES DIVE RESORT (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
 3 boat dives between Mabul or Kapalai or Sipadan ** + unlimited house reef diving
with buddy underneath the Rig
 **Diving in Sipadan is subject to permit availability and approval from Sabah Parks
Management.
 However, if permit to Sipadan Island is not available and/or approved, please take
note that the package remains in force for 3 boat dives and to be conducted
between Mabul or Kapalai or nearby island.
Last Day: DEPARTURE (Breakfast/Lunch)
 Maximum of 2 boat dives for guests without flight on departure day
 Check out at 1330hrs to Semporna otherwise advise
*Note: No diving for guests flying on their check out day. Boat dives are non transferable
and only permitted as scheduled by Seaventures management for each diver. Please
organize your flights accordingly.
Kindly take note that NO DIVEMASTERS WILL ACCOMPANY HOUSE REEF DIVES, unless prior
arrangements are made.

SIPADAN PERMIT :
 Daily entry permit to dive or visit Sipadan Island will be subjected to approval by the Sabah
Parks Management, which is in control of issuing the entry permit. The total number of
divers or visitors allowed to visit Sipadan Island is restricted now to 120 pax per day.
 Minimum stay of 3 nights consecutively with the diving package is required to be eligible a
1-day guarantee of Sipadan permit. Please note there is no first come first serve basis.
 There is NO GUARANTEE that we can provide divers with permits due to limited spaces
especially if it is a last minute request.
 The fee is MYR40 per person and is valid for ONE (1) day only. This levy charge is to be paid
separately as it is NOT included in any of our packages.
 In the event of bad weather and the trip has to be cancelled or should the guest cancels on
personal reasons, permit paid is NOT refundable or transferable to a later date. The
management will not be responsible for such losses rendered to the guests.
 Please note that we will forward your names for Sipadan permits as many times as we
can. Please inform us if you do not want to be put forward for more than your guaranteed
allocation of permits at least 24 hours in advance or otherwise you would be charged for
the permit acquired.
 IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the restricted Sipadan entry permit quota set by Sabah Parks,
guests are required to submit full name with nationality, gender, passport numbers and
contact address for us to proceed with the permits application at least 14 days in advance
prior to arrival. This is to allow sufficient time to process and obtain the permit approval.
Failure to do this may result in guest being denied entry to Sipadan Island.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before the expiry of the payment deadline given.
 All rate not include Flight Tickets.

 Cancellation is Non-refundable In Part or Full.
 No Refund For Services Not Utilised
