Vintage & Stock Availability
All due diligence will be maintained to update the vintages reflected in this brochure. However, vintages are subject to change without
prior notice. Stocks are subject to availability.
Pricing
All prices are in Singapore Dollars and exclude 7% Goods & Service Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated. 7% GST applies. All
goods quoted are per bottle and in 750ml, unless otherwise stated.

urgent orders, please contact your appointed sales representative or call our main line.
Return of Goods
Return of goods will not be entertained after acceptance of goods. A Sales Representative of Monopole Pte Ltd must view goods offered
for return for whatever reason. Return policy is at the discretion of Monopole Pte Ltd.
Payment Terms
Goods ordered are payable by cash, cheque or credit card (Amex, VISA & MasterCard) prior to delivery. Goods will only be
delivered upon receipt of payment. Credit facility may be extended to trade customers. Credit facilities on any account may be varied
or withdrawn at the discretion of Monopole Pte Ltd. Monopole Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month on all
monies owing outside the agreed trading terms. Charges incurred by Monopole Pte Ltd in the recovery or attempted recovery of overdue
monies will be borne by The Purchaser.
Replacement of Goods
Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any shortages, breakages, faulty goods must be reported immediately (within
48 hours) to Monopole Pte Ltd. Monopole Pte Ltd will accept products that are out of condition (upon verification by our sales representatives), damaged and faulty stock for replacement. For replacement of damaged or faulty stocks (including label damage, dry breaks,
leakers or short fills etc.) please ensure that seals on bottles and casks are still intact and date not expired. Please note that wines on
Sale or Special Promotion will not be valid for replacement.
Delivery
Deliveries will be made within two (2) working days upon receipt of order. We offer complimentary delivery (to one location) for orders
that exceed SGD$250. Otherwise, delivery charge is at $25 per location. For orders received before 3:00pm, delivery will be made the
next working day. For orders received after 3:00pm, delivery will be made the following working day.

Famille Hugel
Hugel et Fils, founded in 1639 in Riquewhir, is still 100% family-owned and managed by the 12th generation. Annual
production of 110,000 cases comes from 70 acres of family estate and 300 acres farmed under contract. Over 90% is
exported, to more than 100 countries worldwide, especially to Asia, and the distinctive yellow Hugel label was first seen in
Singapore 75 years ago. Alsace's unique climate allows grapes to ripen slowly, giving dry, aromtic wines with great finesse and
intensity, making them a perfect match to contemporary European and Asian styles of cusine. Hugel wines express the pure
character of each Alsace grape variety, without oak or sweetening, and the family pioneered the rare late-harvest Vendange
Tardive and Selection de Grains Nobles wines.

For the last 130 years, Maison Joseph Drouhin has been in the hands of the Drouhin family. One of the largest
domaines in Burgundy that owns land throughout the region, including some of the revered sites such as Clos des
Mouches, Musigny, Clos des Vougeot and Corton-Charlemagne. Joseph Drouhin is helmed by the fourth generation,
Frederic, Veronique, Philippe & Laurent Drouhin, who animate the same passion that inspired the founder of the company.
The style of Joseph Drouhin is an alliance between soil respect, balance and harmony. Wines meant to be drunk young are
fresh and subtle; wines meant for keeping acquire with age a luscious complexity. Joseph Drouhin has adopted the biological
and biodynamic approach. Only natural products are used in the vineyards and all procedures show the utmost respect for the
soil, the vine and the environment.

Bisol is a family of grape growers and wine producers since 1542, in Valdobbiadene: a tiny beautiful village, at the foothills
of the Alps but only 60km away from the city of Venice, in the North East of Italy. This area is famous for a traditional
white grape variety: Prosecco, normally used to make a fruity, light, elegant sparkling wine, easy drinking and refreshing: the
classic Italian Apertif wine. Bisol has the reputation of being one of the oldest and finest producers of Sparkling Prosecco
and the family's main focus.

Aldo Conterno cru vineyards (Romirasco, Cicala and Colonnello) are located in Bussia of Monforte d'Alba; portray the
real expression of the terroir. Their fabulous South South-West location enhances the nobility of the clayey-calcareous soil,
rich with calcium carbonate and iron, typical of our hills. The family has always had a relationship of perfect symbiosis with
these cru, trying to enhance all their most peculiar characteristics through a wise and hard work in the vineyard. The wine of
these cru give itself a firm determination by playing on the most classical elements of the vine and its spicy notes give a crystal
idea of the uniqueness of this soil. The interpretation of a territory goes along with the perfect knowledge of its components;
that circumstance can become true only after a long and careful study of the components. All this has always been within their
intentions, enabling them to find out the fundamental connections which, thanks to the hard work in the vineyard, are the basis

the Langhe district of Piedmont equidistant from both Barbaresco and Barolo. Alfredo Prunotto pioneered the vitculture
techniques such as grape selection, and the production of superior blends made solely from the finest grapes; which was unheard
of at that time. Just over a decade ago, Prunotto was purchased by Marchesi Antinori. The Antinori family have successfully
maintained the Prunotto vision of meticulously nurturing the product from the grape right through to the glass. Today, it is one

Just miles away from the city of Montepulciano, near the border between Tuscany and neighbouring Umbria, the
La Braccesca estate is surrounded by a splendid territory, first Etruscan and Roman, then medieval and Renaissance. The
property extends over 420 hectares where, once upon a time, the holdings of the Bracci counts - who gave their name to the estate
- were located: the counts, whose name means "arm" in Italian, also gave their coat of arms to the property, an armored arm
which holds a sword. The Marchesi Antinori firm began to invest in this zone, one of the newest and most promising of Tuscany
in the 1990's. The La Braccesca estate is situated in two very close, but entirely different zones; Montepulciano, the classic and
prestigious area of "Vino Nobile" and Cortona, which has made a name for itself in world markets principally with
international grape varieties, above all Syrah.

Known as Bodegas Y Vinedos Granja Ntra. Sra. De Remelluri in the past, but known to fans as simply Remelluri, this
remains one of Rioja’s reference points. The Remelluri name has a large following with Spanish fans and is known for its
high quality Rioja wines and profound history that dates back to the fourteenth century. The big news here was the return of
Telmo Rodriguez, who left the family winery to start his own projects throughout Spain, but returned in February 2010. Many
changes have been made, and more will come. For a start, Telmo started a solera with Viura, blending different vintages, in a
kind of homage to old white Riojas. Further improvements such as redefining the brand’s product line by clearly separating the
wines produced with the estate grapes and those produced with grapes purchased from external suppliers; as well as implementing
biodynamic practices in the vineyards.

In 2004, Rafael Palacios, brother of the renowned winemaker Alvaro Palacios, began purchasing parcels of very mature vines
from older producers in the area of Valdeorras. The Louro do Bolo property is unique in that its vines are planted at over
600 meter altitude, terraced slopes while the majority of the holdings in the area are much lower on or near the valley floor. The
21 ha of vineyards consist of twenty six different parcels, all of them planted with the native white Godello grape, the vines
between 6 and 90 years old.

indigenous people. A ceremony granting free passage (Freedom of the Bush) to the lands around the property was witnessed

'twilight of the evening had been interrupted by thousand candles'.

The Heggies Vineyard was owned by local grazier and bushman, Colin Heggie, before being purchased by Wyndham Hill
Smith, then Manager of the Yalumba Wine Company. Friends since school days, Colin and Wyndham's friendship continued
into adulthood and throughout their lengthy negotiation over the purchase of Heggie's land - a negotiation that was not a lot
more than an excuse for relaxed chats about land, cattle, horses, wine and life! Planting began in 1971 on the North Eastern
corner of the property and the first wine was released in 1979. It was the first wine to bear the idiosyncratic label that features
a drawing of Colin Heggie, the bushman, looking out over the fledgling Heggies plantings astride his faithful chestnut, Jack.

Dalrymple's celebrated vineyard of just 12.3 hectares and with vines exceeding 20 years, rise up an easterly facing slope from
100m to 160m above sea level. With latitude of 41°, the vineyard shares similar conditions to that found in Burgundy.
Tea trees, eucalypts and ferns protect its terroir on all sides, whilst sea breezes from nearby Bass Strait moderate dry and night
temperatures, thereby encouraging the grapes to ripen evenly. On the western border of the property lies the extinct volcanic crater
which created the vineyard's rich basalt soils. These soils are of a moderate depth and so provide excellent drainage to avoid
waterlogging, keeping the vines in relatively good balance.

team at Two Paddocks are firm believers in the "terroir" of Central Otago and are bent on producing world-class
Pinot Noirs and sustainable, ecologically sound wine.

Burn Cottage Vineyard Property is a twenty four hectare estate in the foothills of the Pisa range in Central Otago, New
Zealand. The vineyard is owned by the Sauvage family which also owns the celebrated Koehler Ruprecht estate in the Pfalz
region of Germany, as well as several fine wine importing and wholesaling companies in the United States. The property became
available in January of 2002 and the Sauvages were able to purchase it at auction. The Sauvages contacted Ted Lemon owner
and winemaker of Littorai Wines in Sebastopol, CA to seek his involvement in the project. The Sauvages were unaware at
the time that Ted already had deep connections to New Zealand and particularly to Central Otago. Ted and Marquis traveled
to New Zealand to see the property and Ted was sold on the idea upon the spot.
