Jayman has been committed to leading the
industry in environmental efficiencies since
2002. In fact, we spearheaded the introduction
of BUILT GREEN® in Alberta and registered the
first BUILT GREEN® home over a decade ago.
All standard specification homes are built to
BUILT GREEN® Certified Standards. Customer
changes to our specifications or plans may alter
the required points to achieve the BUILT GREEN®
certification. All homes will be computer modeled
and blower door tested by a third party and
assigned an Energuide rating.
All homes that achieve a required Energuide
rating and have minimum required points under
the BUILT GREEN® program will be certified as a
BUILT GREEN® home.
