FREE ACCESS & EVALUATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Log in using your SUNA Online Library: (www.prolibraries.com/suna) Username and Password.
(If you do not have an account, click “Create Account” and fill out the appropriate information.)
2. Redeem the Code: SUNAS10. Click on “Add Conference Code” under “Your Account”.
3. Verify attendance by providing your name, zip code and e-mail address.
4. Click on “Session Evaluations”.
5. Select the session you need to evaluate.
6. Complete the evaluation, and click “submit”. Make sure you fill in the evaluation completely
as the contact hours are not earned until the entire evaluation is completed.
7. Complete the Overall Symposium Evaluation by clicking on “Symposium Evaluation”.

How to Receive Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Credit
• Attend at least 90% of each session to receive contact hours.
• Complete an evaluation (in SUNA’s Online Library) for EACH session you attend by following the
instructions on the reverse side. You may complete the evaluation process at the on-site CNE
Kiosk in Colorado Springs, CO, or on another computer during
or following the meeting.
• Please note that in order to obtain contact hours for the
sessions you attended in Colorado Springs, CO, you must
complete the online evaluation process by April 15, 2010.
Evaluation Deadline Date: April 15, 2010
Obtain Your CNE Certificate
Your CNE certificate/transcript for this conference can be accessed by clicking on “CE
Transcript” under “Your Account.” Please note that you will be able to access and
print your certificate at any time after you have completed the
evaluation process.
Your continuing nursing education (CNE) records for the SUNA Annual
Symposium may be printed as needed from the SUNA Online Library
(www.prolibraries.com/suna) in the CNE

records are housed jointly at the SUNA National Office and with SUNA
contracted partner (Prolibraries) for a period of 6 years.
IMPORTANT: In order to obtain contact hours for the sessions you attended, you MUST
complete the online evaluation process by April 15, 2010. After this date, if you attempt
to evaluate sessions online, you will have to pay additional fees to obtain contact hour
credit .
