In the past if pages or documents are scanned upside
down or pages are missing, the entire batch must be
rescanned. With AS ScanPlus, pages can be rescanned,
inserted into the middle of a batch, rotated, rearranged,
and removed easily.
Export options
AS ScanPlus is flexible and allows users to customize how
they want to process scanned documents. Items may be
delivered to a batch queue or inbox to be indexed, or may
be automatically indexed using barcode information and
instantly pushed into an automated workflow process.
AS ScanPlus offers a variety of customizable features that allow users
to automatically index documents and initiate workflow processes
based on barcode information. Documents are instantly routed to the
correct inbox for immediate response. Folder information included
in barcodes allow for automatic indexing and eliminate the need for
manual rekeying of folder information.
