value by leveraging its strong management team
and balance sheet, approximately CAD$3.0 million
in the treasury, by further advancing its Maijoma
Claim Group, a large grassroots precious and base
metals prospect located in northern Chihuahua
State, and its Mecatona Gold-Silver Project also
located in Chihuahua State. In addition, the
Company will look to acquire additional precious
metals projects with attractive risk/reward ratios to
add to its project portfolio.

Maijoma
Claim Group
Located in Chihuahua State, the Maijoma claim group is
comprised of three continuous claims, totaling 83, 985
hectares (324 square miles), which cover the recently
recognized "Maijoma Structural Break". Limited
exploration has uncovered district-scale areas of
hydrothermal alteration, locally associated with elevated
base and precious metal values and I.P. chargeability
anomalies. Maijoma has potential for the discovery of
CRD mineralization and/or high-grade veins and skarns.
Mecatona
Gold/Silver Project
Mecatona, located in Chihuahua State, is situated in an
area of favourable geology 20 kilometres south of the
city of Parral. The project is comprised of 7 mineral
claims covering 5,300 hectares (20.5 square miles) and
is easily accessed by paved and gravel roads.
Preliminary mapping and rock sampling on the
Mecatona property has outlined a broad north-northwest
trending vein swarm and alteration corridor which has
yielded strong silver and base metal lithogeochemical
anomalies.
