The Vorarlberg Province – A rare opportunity to invest in property
The Vorarlberg Province is the westernmost and wealthiest state of Austria; it borders with Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Bavaria; and its
capital, Bregenz lies on the eastern shore of Lake Constance (Bodensee). The Vorarlberg province is a cattle-raising and dairy-farming
region noted for its beautiful unspoilt Alpine scenery.
EU citizens find it virtually impossible to buy holiday homes in this province, but now we are delighted to be able to offer the only
developments in this region that have been given special permission to be sold as second homes with no rental obligations. These
properties are extremely unusual in Vorarlberg and are certain to make an excellent investment.
As you arrive in the village of Brand you are surrounded by mountains, gasthofs and hotels serving traditional Austrian cuisine; this small
friendly village has a rather exclusive and romantic ambience there is also a superb 18-hole golf course in the Brand and an open air
swimming pool for the summertime.

The romantic village of Brand is located at the end of the Brandnertal valley which boasts the most beautiful valley head in the eastern Alps.
It is located at an elevation of 1,000m at the foot of the Schesaplana Mountain, and Lake Lünersee lies at the end of the valley which marks
