哥德杯·世界青少年杯
in 1975 in GothGOTHIA CUP started
enburg, Sweden;it has
grown into the biggest, the most international and influential
youth football tournament in the world. In 2007, it was named
The World Youth Cup by FIFA.
As the slogan goes-‘Different Colors, Same World’, Gothia Cup
aims to be a meeting place for the world’s children and young
people regardless of religion, skin color, culture or ethnicity.
The 42th Gothia Cup in 2016 saw 1,761 teams representing 80
countries in 4,500 games. Meanwhile 100 plus reporters from
around 40 nations followed the event.
“哥德杯”是全世界规模最大、最具影响力、最国际化的青
少年足球赛，主题语“不同的肤色，同一个世界”，1975年创
办于瑞典哥德堡，2007年被国际足联授予“世界青少年杯”
（The World Youth Cup），得到联合国、国际足联、欧足
联和瑞典国家的高度评价和大力支持。
2016年第42届“哥德杯”，参赛国80个，球队1761支，近

Gothia Cup Foundation — Love with Boundaries
Gothia Cup Foundation is a collection of projects that Gothia Cup runs in order to give children and
young people who otherwise would not have had the chance, the opportunity for educational and
active recreation.
To engage in the child’s circumstances beyond the actual football and outside Sweden has always
been an important part in the Gothia Cup. The Schools in Congo, Kim Källström Trophy and Meet the
World with SKF are just an example of that. Since 2013 we also cooperate with UNICEF for children’s
rights.

It is the first time for Gothia Cup to be held outside of Sweden and the first edition of Gothia Cup
China was held in Shenyang from 13th to 19th ,
August, 2016.
Gothia Cup introduces its expertise and brand
to China so more people can enjoy football. 260
teams from 29 countries played 670 games and
achieved 3904 goals in 2016 Gothia Cup China.

“哥德杯”经过40多年的发展，首次走出瑞典
国门，第一届哥德杯(中国)世界青少年足球赛已
于2016年8月13日－19日在沈阳成功举办。
“哥德杯”把全部的赛事运营经验及品牌带到
了中国，让更多的人分享足球的快乐。
2016哥德杯(中国)世界青少年足球赛有来自
29个国家和地区的260支球队奉献了670场精彩
的比赛，共打进3904球。

THE OPENING CEREMONY
Gothia Opening Ceremony debuted on August, 13th,2016 Shenyang, China. As the 2016
Gothia Song goes- ‘We are better together’, both Chinese and international performers present to you a wonderful show.
Street Football, Kungfu Panda dance, Africandrums, Iceland Viking Roar are something
makes everyone thrilled. You also get to hear the beautiful Gothia Anthem ‘We are one’ the
Gothia anthem sung by Swedish singer Matilda.
At opening ceremony all the teams marched behind their nation flags.
The presentation of
the participating nations is the standing feature of the show.It isn’t easy to describe the opening ceremony just in words. Music, song, dancing, feeling and lots of joy are the ingredients.
For us it is all about mixing and composing these ingredients in the best way possible.

波中外明星同台演绎，嗨翻全场！每个参赛国球队的入场仪式与五大洲演出团队带来的音乐、歌舞、
表演结合在一起，知名双语主持人麦小龙和歌手爱戴用劲歌热舞将开幕式精彩串联，国际一流的跑
酷、街足团队、功夫熊猫、非洲鼓表演、北欧风情的冰岛战吼，以及瑞典歌手倾情演唱的“哥德杯”

Gothia B17 Elite Cup is the highlight of Gothia Cup China.
It is an invitational to youth teams of
professional clubs or football academy.
There are 6 teams in 2016 edition:
Liaoning Hongyun (China), BK Hacken(Sweden), Sundown (South Africa), Kinetic Academy (England),
ACBB Paris (France), Tokyo Verdy (Japan).
Sundown win the title by defeating Kinetic 2:0 in the final.

The Parade outside Shenyang Olympic Center before the Opening
is an international gathering for the youth. They sing and dance
along with joy. It is also chance to show their personalities, culture
and national identity with their traditional costume, national or club’
flags.
天赐街欢乐集行是孩子们在“哥德杯中国决赛周”最先体验到的一次国际大聚会。他们载歌载舞，
交流互动。他们有的披着国旗，有的披着各自俱乐部的会旗；有的跳着桑巴，有的敲着非洲鼓；有的
戴着彩发，有的戴着本国风情帽；有的脸上一边涂着本国国旗，一边涂着中国国旗...
孩子们向人们充分展示他们的青春活力、快乐阳光。百米长的天赐街以及奥体中心北广场，成了

Leader Party is a reward for coaches and team
leaders. They get together; enjoy the great show,
wine and snack. In the party the audience sing
along with the performers.

Tournament information
食宿
Who may participate？
The Gothia Cup China is an open
tournament and welcomes all fotball
teams.
The tournament begins with a group
play. Teams are divided into groups
of four or five, where all teams are
playing each other once. The first
and second team of the group qualify for “Play off A”, the other teams
of the group for “Play off B”. The
tournament is played under all applicable FIFA or Chinese FA rules.
All players must be insured, both for
games and leisure time.

Hotel
The universities teams stay are close to the city
center. Each Dorm room has 4-6 beds with beddings. 3 meals a day are served at University
Cafeteria. There are Chinese,western and Muslim food for teams to choose from.
Gothia Line will connect the universities with the
fields.
Gothia Cup China offers the possibility to stay at
a hotel during the tournament. We can book hotels for teams as well as parents and supporters.
We can offer you a wide range of hotels in Shenyang City Center. All the hotels have been selected by Gothia Cup China and have high standard as well as a good location.

Number of players per team
There is no limit to the number of
players in each team. However only
7 substitutes are allowed in each
match of 11-a-side and 5 substitutes
in 7-a-side matches. All players
must be able to show proof of age
and identity. We recommend that all
players use the same shirt number
throughout the tournament.
Dispensations
Dispensations will automatically be
given to two players per squad who
are maximum one year over aged
(11 a side). This only applies to
11-a-side categories. For 7-a-side,
no dispensation will automatically be accepted. Dispensations for
7-a-side teams can be applied by
contacting the Gothia Cup China
office. Note that in 11-a-side categories you can’t have more than two
over aged players on the players list,
i.e. you can’t switch them between
matches. In classes B16 and G16
teams from countries that still use
the 1st of August limit (mainly USA
and England) may also use players
5 months over aged. Girls may play
in boys teams in all classes as long
as the regulations for age categories
are followed.
Categories of participation
Category A- Dormitory Accommodation:
August 12-19. Minimum one, maximum four leaders per team may
stay in the school. Everyone staying at the dormitories has to pay the
accommodation cost. The Gothia
Card is included in the fee. NOTE:
If your team must arrive before or leave after these dates, you must contact Gothia Cup China. Extra night
fee 8 EUR/10 USD/pers/night.
Category B- Hotel Accommodation:
Only for booking through the Gothia
Cup China. Breakfast and Gothia
Card is included in the prices. Contact [email protected] for
pricing and availability. Lunch and
dinner vouchers for meals at nearby
university can be purchased.

Leader Plus card
Each team receives two Team Leader Cards, giving entry to the Gothia Leaders Party, a Gothia Cup
Coach T-shirt and entrance to Gothia Leaders Lounge.

每队最多报名人数没有上限，
但是11人制比赛每场只能使用
7名替补。7人制只能使用5名

自动有使用最多两名超龄1岁的

For teams that have travel arrangements that require extra nights before or after the tournament, this can
be arranged (maximum 2 nights).
No meals are included during the
extra nights. The cost per night is
EURO 8 (USD 10).
Dormitory accommodation
We reserve us the right during the
tournament to move a team from
their dormitory accommodation to
be lodge in another dormitory. For
teams with dormitory accommodation the team manager as indicated
on the Participants’ list is responsible for the team´s players behaviour at the dormitory. Please read the
Regulations for accommodation in
the Official Regulations.
Insurances, responsibility
Make sure that all your players are
insured both on and off the playing
field. The Gothia Cup China does
not carry any group insurance protecting participants in case of injury,
illness, theft or damage to property. Participants from countries that
have no medical insurance agreement with China must have personal medical insurance.
PLEASE DO NOT KEEP ANY MONEY OR VALUABLES IN YOUR
DORMITORY ROOM.
Prizes
Each player will receive a diploma.
For teams reaching the finals, each
player will receive a medal, and the
teams the specially designed Gothia
Cup trophy. For teams reaching the
finals in the B play-off there will be
medals and a trophy. The two loosing teams in the A play off semi final will receive a third place trophy
and bronze medals during halftime
of the final in their class. A trophy is
awarded the best club. Points are
awarded as follows:

By equal points the club with
fewer teams taking part wins.
Cancelation of the tournament
and Force Majeure
In the event that the tournament
can’t be held or postponed due to
events beyond the control of the
tournament organizers (force majeure*) or due to events which are
not attributable to wrongful intent or
gross negligence or the tournament
organizers, the tournament organizers cannot be held liable by the
delegations for any damages, costs
or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs,
costs for additional orders, financial
losses etc. Under these circumstances, the tournament organizers reserve the right to either retain the
entire registration/accommodation
fee and to use it for a future tournament, or to reimburse the delegations after deducting costs already
incurred for the organization of the
tournament and which could not be
recovered from third parties. *The
Gothia Cup China is in no way responsible for injury or economic loss
which may arise in the case of war,
warlike events, civil war, revolution
or civil disturbances or because of
the actions of the authorities, strikes, lockouts, blockades or similar
events.
Entry & Payments
The time of your registration counts
from the day we receive the registration fee. The registration fee must
be paid within 30 days of submitting
the registration online. Meanwhile
please package the passport size
photos of all the players, leaders
coaches and staff members and
send to [email protected].
Accommodation fee must be paid no
later than June 10th 2017. Otherwise, we can not guarantee your participation. For hotel see your booking
confirmation. Once we receive the
payment of your registration fee we
will confirm your registration. Note
that all bank transaction fees have to
be paid for by the teams. You have
to pay in the currency (Euro or USD)
that is the most ”natural” currency in
your country. Please observe that
we do not accept any personal or
company cheques.
Important dates
September 15: Online registration
form for next year’s tournament
opens.
June 10: Last date for the accommodation
fee/participation fee for
all participants who stay in a school,
a hotel or other. Both leaders and
players pay this fee. You can cancel
players until June 10, after that a
doctors certificate is required.
July 10: Final date for payments of
extra orders as extra Gothia Cards,
extra Leaders Card, special food
or meal cards. Also the deadline to
cancel a player. After that a doctor’s
certificate is required.
August 12: Arrival day, no matches
are played.
August 13: The Opening Ceremony
August 14: The matches begin.
August 19: Finals

球队延长住宿
不可抗力及赛事取消
重要日期
大学宿舍可以为球队办理提前
或延期住宿，延长最多不超过
两晚，期间饮食自理。延长住
宿为50元/晚
因不可抗力（超出赛事主办
方可控范围事件），或非主
办方疏忽失职、主观失误引起
的事件等导致赛事无法举办或
延期，主办方不承担因此造成
的赛事参与者损失、费用、损
害，如交通费用、食宿费、额
外费用及财务损失等。上述情
况发生时，组委会有权保留全
额报名费，食宿费将留做球队
未来参赛费用。或在扣除主办
方相应已发生的无法由第三方
补偿的成本后，补偿球队。
2016年9月15日：2017年网上报
名开始。

在入住学校的行为规范。请认
真阅读哥德杯中国官方规则中

由于战争、军事行动、内战、

事件造成的伤害与经济损失，
主办方不负责。
所有球员将获得一张参赛荣誉
证书。进入决赛的两支球队均
有奖杯，两个球队的每名球员
将获得一枚奖牌。进入B淘汰赛
(Playoff
B)决赛的两支球队
也会获得奖杯和奖牌。A淘汰赛
(Playoff
A)半决赛失利的两
支球队均获得第三名奖杯和铜
牌。颁奖在决赛中场休息时进
行。
