WOMEN’S BASE LAYER COLLECTION
Designed for Women by Women, Line Debuts Proprietary ClimaSense™,

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. (June 9, 2014) – Reinforcing its commitment to the
active female outdoor enthusiast, Terramar Sports Inc.® (www.terramarsports.com), a
global leader in engineering advanced next-to-skin performance garments, today
introduced its Fall 2014 Terramar HotTotties® women’s line of base layers. The line
features ClimaSense™ (CS), a proprietary thermal regulation performance technology
that keeps the body warmer in cold conditions and cooler when active. The collection of
tops, hoodies and bottoms will be available at www.terramarsports.com and specialty
retailers beginning September 1, 2014.
The Terramar HotTotties collection uses on-trend colorways and patterns
including cosmo, purple rain, kaleidoscope and fantasy, and is known for its incredible
comfort and soft texture. All pieces can be worn indoors and outdoors, and are ideal for
hiking, running, walking, skiing and yoga. The line is available in regular and plus sizes
XS – 3X and priced moderately from $16.00 - $70.00.

Terramar Unveils HotTotties 2014 Women’s Collection
Specifically, ClimaSense is a dynamic moisture transport system that is either
heat generating (HG) and/or thermal regulating (TR) and adapts to the skin’s surface
temperature. When the body is cool, the fabric retains moisture vapor to provide warmth
and when the body is active and generating heat, it releases appropriate levels of
moisture to cool the body down.
Key Fall ’14 products that use ClimaSense are: 1.0 Kashmir CS tops and tights;
2.0 Cloudnine CS tops, tights and catsuit; 3.0 Ecolator CS tops, hoodies and tights; and
the 4.0 Thermawool CS tops and bottoms.
Thermawool™ is a second proprietary technology for Fall 2014 engineered by
Terramar. It acts as a complete heat exchange system and keeps consumers cool when
overheated and warm in cold weather. Terramar engineered a product with a “dual”
surface, specifically, 30 percent Merino wool on the outside and 100 percent polyester
on the inside, with a brushed interior for enhanced comfort. This combination maximizes
the functional benefits of the two fibers – breathability, moisture management and
comfort. The crew, ½ zip and tight feature Thermawool.
