Fees include an insurance surcharge of $3. Non-USAC riders must purchase a 1day license at an additional $10 per day and may only race in the Category 5 race.
1-Day and Annual Licenses will be available for purchase onsite.

Pre-registration of $25 is available through USA Cycling until April 2nd at 11:14 am CST, at
which point pricing will increase to $30. Online registration will close at 11:00 pm CST on April
5th, 2013. All online registration will incur a slight processing fee. On site registration WILL BE
available up until 15 minutes before each race for $35 plus a 3% processing fee. All Juniors will
race within their respective Category.
Race Course Details:
The course is a rolling, roughly 4.2 mile loop just to the east of Shelby Forest near Millington,
TN. There are 4 right turns on this course. Quality of road surface varies, but entire circuit is
paved. The race finishes on a slight uphill grade. View course details here - http://

Directions:
From Little Rock: Head east on I-40 and follow signs to Nashville. Take Exit 2A toward US-51/Millington
Merge onto TN-300 W Exit right onto US-51/Thomas St and head North for 3 miles Take left turn onto N.
Watkins and travel roughly 7 miles to the race staging area.
From Nashville: - Take exit 24 - 25 for Tennessee 385 W toward Millington. Merge onto I-269 N/Paul W
Barret Pkwy and go 16.5. Continue onto TN-3 S/US-51 S for 4.3 mi. Turn right onto Rust Ave for 0.2 mi.
Take the 2nd right onto Woodstock Cuba Rd for 2.1 mi. Turn left onto Little John Rd for 0.8 mi. Turn right
onto Walsh Rd for .0.5 mi. Take the 2nd left onto Walsh Cove for 0.6 mi. Take the 1st right onto TN-388 N/
N Watkins Rd and race venue will be roughly 1 mile on the right.
Who was “JJ the Rooster?”:
JJ the Rooster lived at the Shelby County General Store, just a few minutes ride away
from where this race will be held. Every weekend, he was there to greet the store
guests. One of his favorite spots was on the outdoor bench. Everyone who refueled at
the General Store while JJ the Rooster was around will have a story to tell about him.
This race is in honor of him.
