Degenhart front hitches for John Deere tractors:
The Degenhart Front Power Take-Off
is available in two executions:
The front hitch is designed in a way to be ideally integrated in the tractor
Welded frame construction
Construction is adjusted to the relevant tractor type
Rocker arm made of special cast alloy
Steel bushings with Teflon layer
Double-acting lifting cylinder, mounted in ball joint
Walterscheid quick coupling Cat.2/3
Solid lower links can easily be swivelled upwards
without any tool, with large swing balance
Lower links are compatible with front loader
Towing fork in the middle, practical operation
Switch valve single-acting/double acting or locked
Hydraulic lines to the original control unit
Time-saving and easy installation
Holder for upper links optional vertical/horizontal
Two front p.t.o. executions (JD 6000 – 7530):
Short transmission with shaft displacement of 125 mm, gear ratio 1:2
Long transmission with shaft displacement of 254 mm, gear ratio 1:1.9
Fully and optimally integrated in the tractor
Up to 150 kW power transmission
Speed 1000 rpm
p.t.o. stump movable to the left/right by 30°
Direction of rotation to the right in driving direction
Electro-hydraulic start via proportional valve
Silent multiple disc clutch in oil bath
Own oil supply with geared pump

Hydraulics remote control
External operation from the right and from the left. For
SE- or Premium tractors of the series 5020, 5000R/M,
6000, 6010 up to 8030, 8R with/without HMS. Two outside
controllers.
For Degenhart front hitches with command armrest for
series 6020 to 7930, 8000, 8010, 8020, 8030. Or electric
indepent control valve (EICV) 1. to 3. function for series
6020 to 7530 and 1. function for 7720 – 7930 series.

7-pole socket
To switch to single-acting – double-acting – locked
This set includes two 7-pole sockets for mounting at the
front hitch. The original socket at the tractor is replaced.
In the set all required installation parts are included.
15° screwing for hydraulic connections
Connection screwing for control unit (t-shape)
Internal screw thread and External screw thread M 11 x 1.5.
Universally adjustable by counter nut. More space in the
area of upper link. The ideal accessory for hydraulic upper
link.
Screwing thread M 22 x 1.5. Internal screw thread and
external screw thread with 12 L screwing (M 18 x 1.5) as a
side exit. Universally adjustable by counter nut.

Set of holders to fix the relieving springs.
Incl. installation kit
Front protection to prevent damage to the engine bonnet
due to collisions in the course of front loader works and
hitting the front loader linkage. Drill holes for relieving
springs are included. (Fixture for example by means of shackle)
To open the bonnet the protection can be folded off.
Hydraulic connection at front
Oil cooler
A hydraulic line with coupling socket and dust protection cover to the front for supply of attachments at the
front power lift. One set corresponds to 1 x single-acting
hydraulic pipe.
For the Front Power Take-Off. Provides better cooling for
extreme operations.

For mounting of tractor basic weight
for series 5000 / 6000 / 7000 / 7010.
