1.- Si por causas de naturaleza o mal tiempo es cancelado el evento o no se puede
mover la fecha. No hay reembolso.
2.- Si el edificio nos cambia lugar o fecha por mal tiempo o problemas con la estructura.
Usted se compromete a aceptar, pero no se garantiza la publicidad ofrecida en los
paquetes.
3.- Si nos reembolsan por cancelación del lugar por mal tiempo, o problemas en el
edificio se le regresara un porcentaje a discreción del organizador en crédito a la revista
o próxima expo, dependiendo los gastos hechos (publicidad, depósitos, etc.)

1.- If, for reasons of nature or bad weather the event is canceled or cannot be
moved to a different date, No refund is guaranteed.
2.- If the building, place or date changes because of bad weather or problems
with the structure. You agree to accept, but advertising packages offered are no
longer guaranteed.
3.- If a refund is given due to bad weather or problems in the building, you will be
given credit as magazine advertising or the next expo depending on the money
spent (advertising, deposits, etc.)
EXTRA COST FOR: Electricity, Extra table(s), Chair(s), Carpet, Curtains and Draperies
