The grape processing, the wine production and the wine storage all happen in the exceptionally beautiful old buildings safeguarding traditions, but amidst modern conditions in the cellars of the Krisztina manor in Kõvágóörs. A significant part of the
wine is matured in wooden barrels. We have a traditional selection of varieties. Adjusting to the market requirements we are
pleased to serve our guests the rosé and also red wines from our Pinot Noir red grape produced on our own new plantation in

The Borbély Family tends vineyards on 18 ha of exceptional quality land in the Badacsony wine region on the basalt
mountains of volcanic origin. The dry and late harvested white wines which have been achieved outstanding results at
international wine competitions are the work of the hands of Gyula Borbély, awarded the title of Master of Balaton Wines in
2007, and his son Tamás. The hospitality of the family extends to the Guest house located in the calm of the vineyards where

Huba Szeremley began rebuilding the family estate more than seventeen years ago. The wines from the estate are from vineyards on terraces of volcanic origins with the best aspect in Badacsony. In addition to the classic varieties, the selection of
varieties is characterised by being uniquely Hungarian produced in Badacsony: Kéknyelû, Budai Green and late harvested
Zeus. The old variety Bakator can only be found on the Szeremley Estate. We safeguard the unique harmony of our wines in
keeping with the requirements of the highest standards, which reflect all the natural beauty of the landscape, the mineral
character of the basalt and the atmosphere of the sunny slopes.

The Sipos Borház wine house cultivates vineyards over an area of 10 hectares. Our ars poetica is to safeguard in bottles as
many of the treasures as possible, which have been collected by nature into bunches of grapes on the Badacsony Mountain.
There is wine tasting for 80 people at the Sipos Guesthouse and wine bar, where cheese tasting demonstrations and folklore
programs can also be requested by order. The guesthouse provides accommodation for 20 people.

Once in the ownership of the Mezõssy family the cellar which had previously matured wine was turned into a vinotech by the
owners familiar with oenology, here bottled wines from the Balaton region and the most famous bottled wines in Hungary are on
offer. The tasting room is located at the back of the cellar with a pleasant fireplace. In the air-conditioned room guests can
choose from among 50-60 types of wines on the wine card. They can enjoy the delights of wine and gastronomy from spring till
autumn in the garden room by the cellar.

Since 1996 the Horváth Cellar has been welcoming wine-loving visitors to the southern side of the Szent György mountain. We
currently cultivate 18 ha of vineyard. As well as the use of modern processing technology some of the wines in our cellar are
matured over a longer period in wooden barrels. Our grapes are harvested when fully ripe, in favourable years grapes are left on
the vines until as late as December.

The 200 year old GREGORIAN cellar is located on the Szent György Mountain, one of the volcanic mountains embracing the
Tapolca basin, an area with a special microclimate within the Carpathean basin. At the end of the 1990's there was an
opportunity to plant and introduce new varieties and new methods which ideally adapt to the taste and fashion world of our
age. Excellent, special flavours and fragrances appear in the wine from grapes grown on the basalt and basalt tuff based soils,
a consequence of volcanic activity.

The Scheller Vineyard estate was established 10 generations ago in 1722 by Károly Scheller a descendant of a patrician
family arriving from Gorízia to the Káli basin. The wines originate from the Áldozó (sacrificial) and the Táltos (Shaman) hills
and were the first in the country in 2002 to be awarded protection of their origins by the Minister for Farming and Rural
Development, and along with this the extremely strict individual regulation. The Scheller Vineyard estate was the founding
member of the Pannon Winegrower Guild (a closed society of vineyard owners who produce the most excellent quality
Hungarian wines).

The Laposa Cellars are located in the middle of the south side of the Badacsony Mountain, along the wide road laid from
basalt stone. Even now in the 21st century we endeavour to retain the vineyard hill atmosphere characteristic of the
Pannonean landscape via the cellar built among the vines. We cultivate vineyards on four farmhouse basalt mountains, the
Badacsony, the Szent György Mountain, the Csobánc and the Somló, hence the brand name BAZALTBOR (Bazaltwine). Our
hand-crafted wine is fermented and matured in wooden barrels.

In the year 2000 the owner of the Fischer wine house planted a 70 ha vineyard estate on the picturesque Szent György
Mountain, which has become a leading winery in terms of technical and technological development. As well as state of the art
viticultural technology the guarantee of its high quality wines is the rich mineral composition of the soil on the Szent György
mountain and the submediterranean microclimate of the Balaton Uplands as well as the professional experience of the Fischer

Our family has been engaged in viticulture and wine production on the slopes of the Badacsony Mountain and the
surrounding witness mountains for four generations. In keeping with tradition our wine production technology uses wooden
barrels. As a result of caring work our cellar sells wine made fro Italian Riesling, Pinot Gris, Ottonel Muscadet, Kéknyelû and
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Among our wine specialities are the late harvested desert wines, Ice-wine, vermouth wine and
vintage wines. Our wine cellar and press house are easy to find since it is located next to the tourist route leading up the
Badacsony Mountain.
Open since April 2000, our cellars have been equipped with the most modern technology to enable the production of clear
flavoured, fruity wines characteristic of the variety and the locality. Accommodation is available in two large apartments. Wine

The 18 ha of vineyards belonging to the Institute are located in the heart of the wine district, in the side of the Badacsony
Mountain, with a wonderful view. We are pleased to welcome professional groups and those interested from both Hungary
and abroad by prior arrangement to provide a professional tour of the vineyards and cellars and to taste the wine from the
grapes characteristic of the wine district. All of the wines tasted can be purchased in the Vinoteque.

The Szatmári Cellars can be found on the Antal hill which is hidden on the side of the castle ruins at Szigliget. The vineyards
lie on slopes facing the waters of the Lake Balaton and facing south. At present the cellars exclusively deal with white
varieties. We place a big emphasis on following the traditions of the Balaton Uplands and Vulcanus variety which has a
mineral character can be made into a substantial Hungaricum.

Our family has been farming on the southern slopes of the Badacsony Mountain for generations. Our vineyards lie ont he
areas below the Szegedy Róza House and the Kisfaludy House. The main varieties in our vineyards are the Pinot Gris, the
Italian Riesling, Budai Green and the Kéknyelû. We have managed to propagate the Kéknyelû variety from the brink of
extinction from the registered stock vineyard on our estate to today's level of stocks. The produce is aged in wooden barrels in
our cellars located on the mountain before it is bottled. We only sell our own bottled or wholesale wines in our winery. We
welcome all Wine lovers!

We cultivate one and a half hectares of vineyard in the Badacsony wine region. One of our secrets for producing excellent
quality is that we always let the grapes ripen fully, which is why harvesting at the beginning of November, the end of
November or even in December is not uncommon for us. We sell our wines in hand painted bottles and we will also undertake
individual inscriptions.

Located approx. 500 metres from the main route No. 71 on top of the Balatonrendes Mountain the Kuti Cellars can be reached
via a pleasant forest walk or by any means of transport. As we step out of the forest, a wonderful view spreads before us. The
cellar and tasting area were built from natural materials, stone, wood and reed, midst the embrace of tidy vineyards. We offer
our guests top award winning wines, the fragrant, full-flavoured Italian Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, the special Carat,
cuveés and ice-wine. Tasty snacks, peasant's platter and pogácsa scones accompany our relaxing wine tasting, which is a real
experience - for up to 60 people in the summer and 30 people in the winter.

My wife and I established the Fodorvin Family Cellars in 1990. We built the headquarters of the farm at Szentbékkálla. In our
cellars the processing of the grapes, the handling of the wine and the bottling are carried out using modern technology whilst
maintaining a respect for tradition. In addition to local wines, our visitors can also taste wines from the Badacsony and the
Balatonfüred-Csopak Wine districts.

32 hectares of vineyards on the Szent György mountain produce organically certified Italian Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat Lunel,
Kéknyelû and Hárslevelû grapes, from which wines befitting the spirit of the mountain are prepared.
Every year to the delight of the producers these sparkle in their amber and gold colours. Nonetheless for us the joy which is
next to none other is when through them the spirit of the wine lover appreciative of quality is filled with nobility and warmth.

Our viticulture and cellars are founded on over one hundred years of our family's generations. Our vineyards are located in the
Káli basin, in Köveskál on the southern slopes of the Fekete Mountain of volcanic origins. We currently produce Italian
Riesling, Pinot Gris, Tramini, Juhfark and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes on 4.5 hectares. On our latest plantation we grow the
Furmint grape variety. The ideal produce quantity is set by shoot and bunch selection on the vines which enables us to harvest
the best quality grapes. Our wines are produced using modern processes and technology whilst insisting on maturing in
traditional wooden barrels. The wines are only sold in bottles.
