Swiss Alpine Jet Fighter
Swiss Alpine Jet Fighter
Chase in a Jet Fighter through the Swiss Alps.
The ultimate experience for everybody who likes to max out.
Now and for a limited time only, individuals have the opportunity to fly with an L-39ZO
light attack jet through the Swiss mountains.
Flight Specifications / Mission Outline
L-39 flights in Switzerland operate from various airfields close to the alps. While most flights take place in south-western
Switzerland near Geneva, other locations are available on request. You’ll fly in a training jet with two fully-equipped
cockpits. Your seat is where usually a flight instructor sits.
Details of the flight program are up to you - before the flight, you’ll discuss the flight mission with the pilot. Also, you’ll be
trained to use the ejection seat, understand the most important flight systems.
You’ll be in the air for approximately 25 minutes. The first couple of minutes you’ll get acquainted with the aircraft and the
feeling of flying. Then, depending how you feel, advanced aerobatics will follow where G-forces of up to 6G will pull you into
your seat. Expect redouts or short blackouts - that’s normal! However, as you’re in contact with the pilot via the intercom
system, he’ll adjust the flight style to your needs. No matter if you opt for a rather quiet flight through the alps or want to
feel your limits - the L-39 allows it all.
This is truly a one-of-a-kind experience that outperforms all other flying possibilities in terms of challenging, yet thrilling
terrain and mission outline. If you aim for the best, seize upon this opportunity as long as it’s available.
The Aircraft and the Flight Area
The L-39 “Albatros” is a two-seater military jet known for its outstanding maneuverability and
the excellent view from both cockpits. Switzerland with its diverse terrain, steep rock walls,
snow-covered mountains and green valleys is an ideal playground for this type of aircraft.
Now you can chase through this landscape in an Aero L-39ZO “Albatros” jet fighter - see the
country from a completely new perspective as you’ll do valley runs, simulate ground attacks,
and do inverse loops along mountain tops. You’ll pull up to 6Gs, perform barrel rolls and
loops, split-S, steep dives, powerful climbing and much more.
Thanks to the excellent design of the L-39, you’ll be able to enjoy full view from the fully
equipped back cockpit which is normally used for flight instructions. A seasoned pilot will
have the machine under control as you race just below the speed of sound through the alps.
