6:00-7:00 p.m. Mon, Tues, Thurs
Promoting fitness, strength, flexibility, and
fit healthy bodies. Students learn the benefits
of a physically active lifestyle, while also
building their confidence, social skills and character. Most of all, it’s FUN!

VINYASA YOGA
Cheer brings together the tumbling
skills of gymnastics and the stunts
of acrobatics in a group environment. Our cheer classes begin at
age 5. Competitive teams and noncompetitive classes are available.

COMPETITION TRAINING
Each day there will be an additional
component to the Group WOD for the
competitive athletes.
