As I write to you I am approaching my second week here
at MIS. I must say that teachers and parents (at the school
gate in the morning) have made me very welcome, but the
students’ enthusiastic greetings every day have really impressed me! Starting with my first assembly which included
guidance on the pronunciation of my name, I have been
splendidly put at ease by confident, smiling faces at every
turn.

Japanese Lessons

This week, the ICT room
was used for Japanese
lessons.
There are Japanese
“ICT weeks” once every
term when children
learn how to type in
Japanese. They all had
fun playing Kanji
games too!

leaving MIS. He was at MIS for several years and was a good friend.
