HOURS OF TRADING: The office is open from
9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The
warehouse is open only prior arrangement.
ORDERS: Please place your order online on
our website, email, fax or telephone. The
answer machine is frequently checked. So feel
confident to leave your order or a message on
it. We will call you back as soon as we can.
MINIMUM ORDER: Our minimum order is
€300 for the Dublin area. For any order under
this value the company reserves the right to
charge a fee for delivery at cost + VAT.
Outside the Dublin area, the minimum order is
€500. For any order under this value, delivery
will be charged at €15 - €35 VAT depending
on the size of the order. Deliveries are on
pallet to ensure transport and avoid damage.
DELIVERY: Within five working days, but
normally much quicker.
CLAIMS: All goods must be checked upon
delivery. Claims for damages and/or nondelivered goods must be notified within 24
hours of delivery by phoning the office. No
claim for missing or damaged goods will be
accepted later on.
PAYMENT: Credit Accounts: payment in 45
days of Invoice date.
NEW ACCOUNTS: will be opened on ProForma invoice while we take up your
references.
TITLE: All goods remain the property of Del
Gusto Ltd. until paid in full. We reserve the
right to repossess goods not paid for as
agreed.
