(B, I, A) Barre Defined- Strengthen and lengthen like a dancer. Use the ballet bars for to perform isolated, flowing movements that will strengthen your body from the core. (B, I, A) BARRE, floor & Core- Come check out this perfect combination of ballet barre and Pilates based core movement to get long and strong! (B,I,A) Beginner Yoga- Try this non-intimidating class geared toward learning yoga fundamentals, proper technique, with plenty of hands on adjustments (B, I) Belly Buster – Washboard abs are on the way! A quick 15 minutes of power packed abdominal and low back exercises. (B, I, A) Chiseled – Strengthening and toning from top to bottom! A well rounded workout using free weights, bands, tubing, etc. for strengthening all major muscle groups; designed to define, shape and tone your body. (B,I,A) Fat Burner- Light weights combined with simple movements on the step or BOSU will keep your heart rate pumping while you tone from the toes up! (B,I,A) Fit Bag - An incredibly fun and stress relieving class incorporating the best of martial arts, boxing and boot camp, a real "kick your butt" workout for anyone looking to shape up quick. (B, I, A) FSS Bootcamp- [Fit Strong and Sexy] Designed by Amanda Russell to transform your fitness level, mind and body. This interval training workout consisting of cardio, strength training, plyometrics and metabolic conditioning to work all 3 energy systems, acting like a fat-blaster to ensure transformative results. Work smarter, not longer! 30-min (I,A) Hard Bodies- Burn fat, build muscle, and become a better athlete with this creative and challenging circuit class. Use ropes, kettlebells, BOSUs, medicine balls and more during this fun, but intense hour-long workout! (B,I,A) Hard Body Bags – Start in the martial arts room for a cardio-blasting burst of kickboxing and then move to the group room for a muscle-building section of weight works. Hard CORE! Go deeper than just your abs! Try this Pilates-inspired 15-minute belly buster to get functional, strong, and toned from the core out! (B, I, A) Hard CORE Chiseled- Take your chiseled workout to the next level! Using the BOSU balance trainer, add stability and core work to this total body workout. (I,A) Hot Yoga- A vigorous flow yoga class in a heated environment leaving your feeling cleansed and detoxed (I,A) Hula Hoop Fit- Better than when you were a kid! Check out this energized workout; work your core, get your heart rate up, and burn calories, all while you're having fun! You don't have to be particularly co-ordinated to do this class- just willing to have a good time! (B, I, A) INSANITY!- Come try this workout, made popular by it’s DVD series! This class uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and alternates short intervals of intensity with short periods of rest. This is a quick way to boost the metabolism and burn fat (I,A). Pilates Flow - Feel the flow as you build core strength! Movement sequence based conditioning program utilizing Pilates and dance concepts of breath, core conditioning, flexibility and body alignment. (B,I,A) Pilates Mat Class – Strengthen and lengthen from the inside out! Strengthen and lengthen your entire body by learning to develop and use your core stabilization muscles. Pilates Mat Class offers an intensive class designed to strengthen the body where it counts- in the abs, back, legs and glutes. (B,I,A) Power Yoga – Non-stop Yoga! A challenging and disciplined series of poses designed to create heat and energy flow. This is a rigorous workout that develops strength and flexibility while keeping you on the move. (I,A) Rock Body Row- Throw the rowers into your resistance routine to experience one of the most efficient workouts around. This high intensity interval workout will boost your metabolism, improve posture and burn some serious calories!! (B,I,A) Row Boot Camp- Start your week off right with this power packed combination of rowing, cardio and resistance! Burn some serious calories. Step!- It’s finally back! This blast-from-the-past class will get your heart rate pumping with mid-level step choreography intermingled with calorie-burning cardio intervals! (I, A) Total Body Max- Endurance building, Fat blasting, high-energy interval workout combining cardio and upper/lower body resistance movements with minimal rest periods! Burpees, jump ropes, kickboxing, push-ups, squats, and more! Each week you'll experience a variety of cardio and strength segments designed to improve overall strength and stamina (I,A) Upper Body BURN! – A cut above! Focus on sculpting your upper-body along with functional, total-body exercises, core and balance. (B, I, A) Tread and Stred- Meet Sasha on the treadmills, elipticals, or arc trainers for 30-min of calorie burning cardio, followed by 30-min muscle building, fat-blasting, resistance portion. This class will combine cardio, resistance, and explosive movement to challenge your whole body (B,I,A) Vinyasa Flow– This class explores advanced variations of inversions, arm balances and backbends through a sequence of vinyasa flow that will stretch, tone and strengthen the entire body. Familiarity with basic postures is recommended. Yogalates – A nice blend of two classes! A smooth blend of Yoga and Pilates designed to strengthen and streamline core muscle stability. (B,I,A) Yoga Sculpt – This class incorporates a power Vinyasa flow with resistance training using dumbbell and bands. All levels of fitness are welcome! Zumba- More than just a workout- it’s a party! Cardio dance workout to salsa, meringue, cumbia and hip-hop that you don’t have to be a dancer to do!! The most fun you’ll ever have burning calories! (B, I, A)
