Kettlebells, are classical weight training tools with roots that go as
far back as the first Olympic games. Kettlebells in the shape we know
them today became popular exercise tools in Russia and training
with Girya as they are called in Russian, was compulsory for the
countries athletes and military for a long time. Today, Kettlebells are
central for our focus on offering you practical and functional training

Webike is a virtual racing simulator designed especially for Casall’s exercise bike EB200. It is sold as a complete exercise system with bike and software and lets
you take your cycling to the next level, make it more
varied and – most importantly – more fun!
The exercise software is easily installed on your own
laptop and connected to the bike via a USB. The bike
has a rack for your laptop to let you follow your training comfortably from the bike. The software lets you
choose between different virtual training courses and
takes control of your bike. When you reach a hill on
the course the resistance increases and then
decreases when you reach a downward slope. The
simulator lets you test your fitness level, compete
against other cyclists as well as ride along side a personal trainer on the virtual course.
During the workout, the software registers speed,
effort, cadence, gear, revolutions, as well as your
pulse, and lets you follow your progress and even race
against yourself to see how your training has developed. To optimise the Webike-experience on a bigger
screen, you can connect your laptop to your TV.

offering to the next level. We now offer a complete package for functional training that takes up no more than one square metre of your

The latest addition to our TOOL offering is as elegant as it is effective.
The Ushaper with its wavelike U-Shape is a functional and decorative
balance board made from beautiful birch wood, designed and developed
by Casall in Sweden. As well as being a good looking addition to your
home gym, it is ideal for working on your balance and coordination, as
well as for shaping the thighs and buttocks, and activating stabilising
muscles in the chest, arms, shoulders, back and abdomen, for a full
