Maigan is one of the best “Cards Against Humanity” players on campus. Maigan never lets any of her advisees leave a one-on-one without asking what she can do to aid their success. Maigan is a team trivia champion! Maigan is one of the most creative people any of our housing staffers have ever met. Maigan and our RHA President Erin Hanson at our NRHH Member Retreat Maigan was an RA at her alma mater: UW- Green Bay "Mai is one of the most remarkable and inspiring women that I have met. Solely within the chapter of NRHH, she inspires me to be a better leader. She trusts her advisees, never thinking a serious idea is too crazy to run with. For example, when our VP of Scholarship wanted desperately to have an NRHH retreat, she encouraged it and gave him the tools to allow it to happen. She never stops asking how she can help us, or what she could do to make our jobs that much easier, even if that "help" is just listening to us vent about classes or group projects or parents. No matter what ridiculous thing comes out of your mouth, she will never hold it against you. Outside of NRHH, Mai is employed as the Student Programming Coordinator, overseeing various employees in the "Think Tank." This in and of itself is a huge undertaking, as she coordinates getting supplies for programs that RAs put on and also HUGE campus-wide events, such as CUBEfest. Despite this, she is absolutely dedicated to both NRHH and RHA, never failing in offering unbiased advice, a supportive shoulder, or honestly just a good laugh. I could speak Mai's praises forEVER, and she absolutely deserves to be Advisor of the Year." -Heather Spray, NRHH VP of Recognition and Resident Assistant Page 2 The Artist Herself: Maigan’s Role at UWEC Maigan’s position at UW-Eau Claire is that of the Student Program Coordinator.
