The National Sports Federation of Chile´s Olympic Wrestling has the pleasure to
invite you to the “Senior Pan-American Championship of Olympic Wrestling”,
Greco-Roman style, Freestyle and Female Freestyle categories. This event will
take place from April 24th to 26th, 2015 in Santiago de Chile.
Friends, we will receive you in our beloved country with open arms, in order to
promote and to develop the Olympic Wrestling in the so-called "end of the world."
This sport is full of history, for example last year we offered one of the most
important and decisive struggles and which have been victorious and
strengthened, thanks to the commitment of our highest authorities that defended
successfully our heritage in the Olympic sport.

CONVOCATION
SENIOR PAN-AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP OF OLYMPIC WRESTLING
GRECO-ROMAN STYLE, MALE AND FEMALE FREE STYLE
APRIL 24th TO 26th 2015, SANTIAGO OF CHILE.
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The United World Wrestling (UWW) has trusted to The National Sports Federation
of Chile´s Olympic Wrestling (FEDENALOCH) the organization of the Senior PanAmerican Championship of Olympic Wrestling, Santiago 2015, it includes the
Greco- Roman style, Female and Male Freestyle categories.
The competition will be held in accordance with UWW regulations and its current
regulation. It will be organized by FEDENALOCH.
II. DATE AND PLACE
The event will be held at the Olympic Training Sports Center (CEO), located at
Ramón Cruz # 1176, Nuñoa, in Santiago, Chile. The event will take place from
April 24th to 26th, 2015.
III. PARTICIPATION
The participation in the Senior Pan-American Championship of Olympic Wrestling
Santiago 2015 will be open to all the countries affiliated to UWW/UWWA.
Each Wrestling International Federation can participate with one athlete per
division (weight and style) -Greco-Roman, Female and Male Freestyle, including
the hosting country. All athletes must have their respective competition license
UWW for the current year 2015 and pay 100 USD for entries.

IV. COMPETITION DEVELOPMENT
The competition will be developed in six weight divisions in each of the official and
qualifying styles for The Pan-American Games at Toronto 2015, according to the
UWW new rules, effective from January 1rst, 2014.

VI. REGISTRATION
The preliminary registration
February24th, 2015
should
be
send
to
FEDENALOCH,
before
Final registration with full name should be send to FEDENALOCH, until March
24th, 2015.
The final registration should be given to the secretariat tournament at 12:00 (noon)
the day of the weigh-in as indicated on the attached program. After this deadline,
modifications or additional entrance will not be accepted.
VII. TECNICAL ORGANIZATION
The championship will be held according to the UWW regulations.
A maximum of 02 Judges-Referees according to the numbers of mats per country
During the competition there will be 03 UWW-regulated wrestling mats.
Every wrestler will pass a mandatory exam one hour prior the weigh-in
The classification per nations will be determined based on the individual
classification of wrestlers from the 1st to 10th place and will receive 10 to 1 points
respectively

*This award is only for the champion of the weight division. The division must have

IX. OFFICIAL CEREMONIES
The participation of the teams in the opening and closing ceremonies is mandatory.
During the awards ceremony the international flags from the three first awarded
wrestlers will be raised and the hymn from the country of the 1st place wrestler will
be played.
Each delegation must bring their country flag measuring 1 x 1.5 meters and a CD
of the national hymn
X. FINANCES
Each federation will pay 130 USD (U.S. Dollars) per day per person. This includes
lodging, meals and tournament-related transportation. According to the regulations
of the UWW, the minimum payment per person is four (4) days. Persons
established by different organizers accommodation, may not participate in any
official activity.
The deposit will be done under the name of FEDENALOCH. Once the deposit is
made; please send it to the FEDENALOCH email in order to make your
reservation. Remember that the deadline is March 20th, 2015.
For saturation hotels reasons on the dates of the Pan- American event, the
organizing committee does not undertake to guarantee the accommodation for
countries that not complying in a timely manner with their payment.
Any delegation that want or need to bring additional people and / or stay in our
country before or after the end of the championship shall pay 160 USD (Dollars)
per person and inform the organizing committee in advance.

Delegation's leaders will be responsible of any damage caused for the members of

Airport: The arrival of the delegations will be at the Arturo Merino Benitez Airport,
in Santiago city. Organizing Committee guarantees transportation from the airport
to the hotels and from hotels to the airport.
XII. CLASSIFICATION FOR THE XVII SENIOR PAN-AMERICAN GAMEN
CHAMPIONSHIP, WRESTLING "TORONTO 2015":
The first 5 in each division of style and weight will classify. It needs to be
addressed that the classification is given to the country not to the athlete in
particular. If the country is already classified, then the place will be given in the
descending order.

La Federación Deportiva Nacional de Lucha Olímpica de Chile tiene el placer de
invitarles al “Campeonato Panamericano Senior de Lucha Olímpica”, Estilo
Greco-Romano, Lucha Libre y Libre Femenina, este evento que se realizará del 24
al 26 de Abril de 2015, en la Ciudad de Santiago de Chile.
Amigos volveremos a recibirlos en nuestro querido país con los brazos abiertos,
buscando promover y desarrollar la Lucha Olímpica en el llamado “fin del mundo”.
Somos un deporte con mucha historia, el año recién pasado dimos una de las
luchas mas importante y decisiva para nuestro deporte y de la cual hemos salido
victoriosos y fortalecidos, gracias al compromiso de nuestras máximas autoridades
que defendieron con éxito nuestro legado histórico en el deporte olímpico.
Es un gran honor para Chile y el comité organizador contar con vuestra presencia

I. INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
La United World Wrestling (UWW) ha confiado a la Federación Deportiva Nacional
de Lucha Olímpica de Chile, la Organización del “Campeonato Panamericano
Senior de Lucha Olímpica Santiago 2015” de Lucha Estilos Greco Romano,
Libre Masculino y Libre Femenina.
Las competencias se realizarán de acuerdo con las regulaciones de la UWW y su
reglamento vigente y estará organizado por la FEDENALOCH
II. LUGAR Y FECHA
Las competencias se realizarán en el Gimnasio del Centro Entrenamiento
Olímpico (CEO), ubicado en Av. Ramón Cruz #1176, comuna de Ñuñoa,
Santiago, Chile. El evento se efectuará del 24 al 26 de Abril del 2015.
III. PARTICIPACIÓN.
La participación en el “Campeonato Panamericano de Senior de Lucha
Olímpica Santiago 2015”, está abierta para todos los Países afiliados a la
UWW/UWWA.
Cada Federación Internacional de Lucha podrá participar con 01 atleta por cada
división de peso y estilo (Greco Romano, Libre Masculino y Libre Femenino),
incluyendo al país sede. Todos los atletas deberán tener su respectiva licencia de
competidor UWW del año 2015 y pagar 100 dólares por concepto de inscripción.

IV. DESARROLLO DE LA COMPETENCIA
Las competencias se desarrollaran en 6 divisiones de peso en cada uno de los
estilos oficiales y clasificatorios para los Juegos Panamericanos Toronto 2015, de
acuerdo al nuevo reglamento UWW, vigente a partir del 1ro. De enero del año
2014.

Los países que requieran visa de entrada a Chile, tendrá que contactar al Comité
Organizador y enviar la siguiente documentación en tiempo y forma.

VI. INSCRIPCIÓN.
La inscripción preliminar deberá enviarse a la FEDENALOCH, antes del 24 de
febrero de 2015.
La inscripción nominal con nombres y apellidos, deberá enviarse a la
FEDENALOCH, a más tardar el 24 de marzo de 2015.
La planilla de inscripción final deberá entregarse en la secretaría del torneo a las
12:00 hrs., del día del pesaje respectivo señalado en el programa anexo. Después
de ese horario no se aceptaran modificaciones o inscripciones adicionales.
VII. ORGANIZACIÓN TÉCNICA.
El Campeonato se realizara de acuerdo con las reglas vigentes de la UWW.
Se aceptarán un máximo de 02 Jueces- Árbitros de acuerdo al número de
colchones de lucha por país.
En la competencia se utilizarán 03 colchones de lucha homologados por la UWW.
Cada luchador se someterá a un examen médico obligatorio una (1) hora antes del
pesaje respectivo.
La clasificación por naciones se determinará en base a la clasificación individual
de los luchadores del 1° al 10° lugar recibirán sucesivamente de 10 a 1 puntos.

El comité organizador otorgará la premiación en cada división de peso.

* Este premio es SOLO al campeón de la división de peso y que esta cuente con
un mínimo de 6 luchadores participantes. Es decir si existe un cuórum menor a 6
luchadores en la división, queda nula la entrega del premio especial.
IX: CEREMONIAS OFICIALES
La participación de los equipos en las ceremonias de inauguración y clausura es
con carácter de OBLIGATORIO.
Durante la ceremonia de premiación se izarán las Banderas Internacionales de los
4 primeros luchadores clasificados y se ejecutará el himno nacional del país del
luchador que obtuvo el primer lugar en su honor.
Cada Delegación Internacional deberá traer la bandera de su país (1.00 x 1.50
mts.) y CD de su himno nacional.
X. CONDICIONES FINANCIERAS.
Cada Federación Nacional para participar deberá pagar la suma de 130 USD
(Americanos), diarios por persona esto incluye Hospedaje, Alimentación y
Transporte Interno. De acuerdo a las regulaciones de la UWW, el pago mínimo por
persona será de (4) cuatro días. Las personas que se utilicen algún alojamiento
diferente al establecido por los organizadores, no podrá participar en ninguna
actividad oficial.
Los depósitos se harán a nombre de FEDENALOCH, una vez hecho el depósito,
favor de enviar escaneada la ficha al e-mail, para poder hacer su reservación
correspondiente.
Por razones de saturación de hoteles en las fechas del evento panamericano, el
comité organizador no se compromete a garantizar el hospedaje a los países que
no cumplan en tiempo y forma con su pago.

Cualquier delegación que desee o necesite traer personas adicionales y/o
permanecer en nuestro país antes o después de finalizado el Campeonato, deberá
pagar la suma de 160 USD (Americanos), por persona e informarlo al comité
organizador con la debida anticipación.

Los jefes de las delegaciones se responsabilizarán del daño o averías causadas

La alimentación: El desayuno será proporcionado en los hoteles del evento. El
almuerzo y la cena en un lugar anexo a la zona de competencia.
Aeropuerto: El arribo de las delegaciones será en el Aeropuerto Arturo Merino
Benítez de la ciudad de Santiago, el Comité Organizador garantiza el traslado del
aeropuerto a los hoteles sede y de los hoteles al aeropuerto.
XII. CLASIFICACIÓN PARA LOS XVII JUEGOS DEPORTIVOS
PANAMERICANOS "TORONTO 2015":
Clasifican los 5 PRIMEROS en cada estilo y división de peso. Se aclara que la
clasificación es otorgada al país, no al atleta en particular. En el caso que algún
país ya esté clasificado, entonces se procederá a otorgar la plaza en orden
descendente.
