4th of July Pinwheel
4th of July Pinwheel Materials Color printer Heavyweight paper (we suggest 65-pound cardstock) • Cutting tools • Glue • Tape • String or ribbon • • Note: Cutting intended for grown-ups only. Instructions 1 Print the pinwheel on heavyweight paper. Once it’s dry, flip the paper over, reinsert into the printer, and print the background (page 3) on the back of the red-and-white striped page. Set aside to dry. 2 Cut out the pinwheel. Following the lines on the front, cut in from all four corners leaving about 2 inches of center uncut. 3 Gently bend every other point into the center of the square. Tape down each of the points to hold the paper in place. Glue the small circle over the tape holding down the tips. 4 Pull a sting or ribbon through the middle of the pinwheel so that it spins freely. Make as many pinwheels as you like and hang it on the same string or ribbon to make a fun party decoration! ©Disney 1 ©Disney ©Disney ©Disney 2 ©Disney ©Disney 3
