Morning arrival into London airport. After customs formalities the group are welcome by our
local professional guides. Board waiting motorcoach and transfer into central London. Enroute
to the hotel we pass many of the major sights of London’’s West End including Downing Street, Big
Ben, River Thames, the House of Parliament, Buckingham Palace including the changing of the
guard (if held). Included admission fees to Westminster Abbey and Shakespeare’’s Globe Exhibition.
Welcome dinner in the suburban London hotel.

Day Two, Thursday, June 14, 2012
Continue London sightseeing today in the city of London, passing through the financial district,
Tower Bridge, St Paul’’s Cathedral including a guided tour of the Tower of London & Crown
Jewels. Soon after he became King in 1066 William the Conqueror built a fortress here to guard
the entrance to London from the Thames estuary. The Tower has since served as a royal residence,
armoury, treasury and most famously as a prison for enemies of the crown. We have time to visit
the world famous Madame Tussuard’’s Waxworks museum. Early dinner before tonight’’s concert
performance in a local London venue.

Day Three, Friday, June 15, 2012
We transfer this morning to Stonehenge, this Neolithic monument looms over Salisbury Plain with
its 50 ton pillars, part calendar, part place of worship, dates back over 3000 years. From
Stonehenge we transfer to nearby Salisbury for free time for lunch. This afternoon we include a
walking tour of this charming market town with an included visit to Salisbury Cathedral. The
cathedral dates from 1220 and is a beautiful and historic building, an international symbol of
Christianity and a world class heritage attraction. Return to suburban London hotel in time for
dinner.

Day Four, Saturday, June 16, 2012
Our day trip out of London today commences in Oxford, known as the city of ““Dreaming Spires””.
During our walking tour of this historic city we visit Christ Church which is Oxford’’s largest
college, re-founded by Henry VIII in 1546. Fans of the Harry Potter films will recognize the Great
Hall at Christ Church as it was here that was used a double for some of the interior shots of
Hogwarts School
We continue to Warwick Castle, Warwick’’s magnificent castle is a splendid medieval fortress
which is also one of the country’’s finest stately homes dating back to the 14th century. Our
guided tour will introduce you to the Great Hall, the state rooms and the Kingmaker Exhibition
which is a dramatic display of life in medieval England. Return to Suburban London hotel in time
for dinner.

Day Five, Sunday, June 17, 2012
Morning departure to London airport to catch the short flight to Dublin. On arrival into Dublin
the group are welcomed by our local professional Irish tour guides. We transfer into Dublin and
enroute to the hotel we have an included panoramic sightseeing tour which takes in the
fascinating historic buildings and Georgian Squares. Some free time before checking into the
hotel. dinner in the Dublin hotel.

Day Six, Monday, June 18, 2012
Continue Dublin sightseeing today including St Patrick’’s Cathedral where it is anticipated the
choir can perform a lunchtime concert. St. Patrick’’s Cathedral stands on the oldest Christian
site in Dublin where it is said that the Saint baptised converts to the Christian faith. This afternoon
we visit Trinity College which was founded in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth I. The main attractions at
Trinity are the Old Library which houses 200,000 antiquarian texts and the Book of Kells, a
medieval illuminated manuscript dating from around AD 806. Some free time for shopping before
tonight’’s farewell dinner.

Cancellation
Information
In the event the group cancels more than 180 days before departure due to the following reasons:
monetary crisis, political or social unrest, terrorist activities, labor problems, mechanical or construction
difficulties, local laws or regulations, climatic aberrations, fire, disaster, diseases, acts of God, or novel
conditions, the group will be charged a fee equal to any non-refundable costs set forth by GMT (including
all site inspection costs, if applicable) for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the Band.
If group cancellation is received 180 – 151 days before departure, the group will be charged 5% of the total
tour fee, based on the minimum number of participants contracted for, in addition to any non-refundable
costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the Band.
If group cancellation is received 150 – 121 days prior to departure, the group will be charged 10% of the
total tour fee, based on the minimum number of participants contracted for, in addition to any nonrefundable costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the Band.
If group cancellation is received 120 – 91 days prior to departure, the group will be charged 50% of the total
tour fee, based on the minimum number of participants contracted for, in addition to any non-refundable
costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the Band.
If group cancellation is received 90 – 61 days prior to departure, the group will be charged 75% of the total
tour fee, based on the minimum number of participants contracted for, in addition to any non-refundable
costs set forth by GMT for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the Band.
There is no refund for group cancellation within the last 60 days.
Note: GMT must receive written notice of all cancellations and changes to itinerary.

Grueninger Cruises and Tours, Inc., its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and assigns
(collectively “Grueninger”) does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including,
for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground handlers, food service or entertainment providers, etc. As a
result, Grueninger is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person, or of any other third party not
under its control. Without limiting the foregoing, Grueninger accepts no responsibility for any risk or resulting injury, delay,
inconvenience, damage, or death which results from criminal activity, weather or other acts of God, accidents, disease, epidemics
or the threat thereof, illness, the provision of inappropriate or no medical attention or access to appropriate medical attention, the
demands of indoor or outdoor activities, strikes, political or civil unrest, overbooking, structural or other defective conditions in
hotels or other lodging facilities, acts of terrorism or the threat thereof, insurrection or revolt, or any other event beyond its direct
control.
Grueninger in its sole discretion reserves the right to decline to accept any participant as a member of these trips. Grueninger
reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate any participant who does not abide by its rules and regulations, and/or whose
conduct is deemed to be such as to endanger the participant, the success of the program or the welfare of other participants, staff
members and/or third parties. In the event of such termination, the participant will be sent home at the expense of the participant
and his or her parent or guardian. The manner and means of transporting the participant home shall be determined exclusively by
Grueninger. In the event of such termination, there will be no refund whatsoever. The participant is personally liable to
Grueninger for any damages caused by improper conduct.
Grueninger may cancel any trip because of insufficient enrollment or for any other reason. The terms set forth in this agreement
constitute the entire agreement between participant and Grueninger.
Any amendment to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
No refunds will be made for features in the trip not utilized. The cost of replacing lost or stolen tickets is the responsibility of the
passenger. If a flight or transfer by motorcoach or train is missed, whether by weather or other conditions beyond Grueninger’s
control, participant is responsible to make his or her own arrangements and to pay all charges
associated therewith.
Participant’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above, as well as an
agreement on participant’s part to convey the contents hereof to his or her travel companions or group members.
