Customization
Each customer can choose the model
of ATM and the desired configuration,
as the number of cassettes, the journal
printer,
the type
of
keyboard…
Exatec
ATM can
design
and
supply
branded
surrounds
to
promote the
bank or
the network, as
well as all
additional
items such as UPS, cameras…
Software
The ATMs can be delivered with any
protocol application (NDC+, Diebold
912 or ISO 8583), on Windows Seven or Windows XP,
on demand. In addition to
supplying licenses, Exatec
ATM can install and configure the applications, including videosurveillance
and monitoring.
ATMs as parts
Exatec ATM proposes complete ATMs
sold as spare parts. In this case, we
dismantle the main modules and we
list all the part numbers in order to let
our customers complete sets of parts,

low fare. In addition, due to the reduced volume, you can save a lot of
money on the shipment compared
with complete heavy machines.
Logistics
Whatever the selected options, Exatec
ATM can prepare orders for complete
machines from one single unit, to complete sets of
ATMs,
shipped
by
container or
full trucks.
The transport
can be arranged
by
Exatec ATM, by road, boat or airplane. Our customers can also arrange
the transport by themselves, using
their own partner to pick up the machines from our warehouse.
Warranty
Following the selected quality, the
warranty period provided by Exatec
ATM can be extended till 1 year for the
parts, excluding vandalism and consumables.
The warranty period starts
no later
than
1
month
after the
custom
clearance.
