Important Notice About Your
Mississippi Debit MasterCard®
The Mississippi Debit MasterCard is issued
by Comerica Bank, pursuant to a license by
MasterCard International Incorporated.
Effective February 1, 2011 New Fees and Services Will Apply
Effective February 1, 2011, the following changes in debit card services will be implemented as the State of
Mississippi continues to improve the Mississippi Debit MasterCard program:
“Free” Services
Deposit Notification via www.EPPICard.com (email, phone call or text message) *
Low Balance Alert via www.EPPICard.com (email, phone call or text message) *
Account Access via www.EPPICard.com for Balance Inquiry and Transaction History
Purchases at United States (US) Point-of-Sale (POS) locations with Personal Identification Number (PIN) and/or Signature
Purchases at US POS locations with Cash Back
Denials for Insufficient Funds at US POS locations
Cash Withdrawals at US MasterCard Member Bank Teller Locations
* Your carrier may charge you a fee for phone or text message delivery depending upon your cellular service plan.
