mail-in rebate in the form of Kumho Tire Visa® Prepaid Card. Purchase must be of four (4)
qualifying Kumho Tire models for a single vehicle from participating Kumho Tire retailers.
Limited to 1 per person. Valid only with a copy of invoice, which clearly identifies tire dealer’s
name and contact information, invoice number, date of purchase, purchased product model
name, tire size, quantity, customer’s name and contact information, and proof of installation.
Online purchase invoices must be accompanied by either an installation invoice or 2
photographs of the installed tires (1 close-up showing model number & 1 full side-view of
vehicle). Offer is for consumer purchases only – not valid for fleet and group purchases, or
business to business deals. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or
program of Kumho brand tires. Please allow 6-8 weeks from meeting validation criteria to
receive reward. Failure to provide documents, incomplete or illegible documentation will
result in rejection of your claim. Kumho Tire will not be responsible for damaged, stolen,
misdirected, or lost claims. Any received invoices that have been forged or manipulated in
any way will be automatically deemed ineligible.
