Celebrate your special day with elegance and simplicity. Beautiful Beginnings includes a handheld bouquet
of magenta dendrobium orchids for the bride and a complimenting boutonniere for the groom. Ceremonies
may take place in existing gazebo, beach, garden or lawn locations. The reception table is adorned with a
full-length white tablecloth, white china and clear glassware, surrounded by white chiavari chairs. The lovely
centerpiece of magenta dendrobium orchids are in a glass vase. Beautiful Beginnings is a wonderful option if
you’re looking for an intimate and memorable occasion.

Flutter of Romance
Create a day filled with joyful romance and playful spirit when you choose the Flutter of Romance wedding.
Tastefully paired with a flourish script, a pretty butterfly motif adds a touch of whimsy throughout this entire
wedding experience. The white ceremony frame is adorned with strands of silk flowers in shades of light
and hot pink and pretty butterflies. Butterflies also top the pale pink cake or cupcakes, for a look that’s
charming and sweet. The bridal bouquet, boutonniere, and centerpieces are made up of light and bright pink

The Sandals Sand Ceremony
The Sand Unity Ceremony has become a very popular aspect in exchanging vows signifying the joining of the
two families. The following is an example of what can be include in your Wedding Ceremony:
Jane and Matthew, you are making a commitment of your eternal love for one another. As you each hold
your sand, the separate containers of sand represent your lives to this moment; individual and unique. As you
now combine your sand together, your lives also join together as one. You may wish to leave a small amount
of sand in each container to symbolize that although you are now joined as one, you each remain individuals.
Today, this relationship is symbolized through the pouring of these two individual containers of sand one,
representing you, Jane and all that you were, all that you are, and all that you will ever be, and the other
representing you, Matthew, and all that you were and all that you are, and all that you will ever be. As these
two containers of sand are poured into the third container, the individual containers of sand will no longer
exist, but will be joined together as one. Just as these grains of sand can never be separated and poured
again into the individual containers, so will your marriage be.
Presentation of Floral
Most commonly seen when the bride offers her new mother-in-law a flower and the groom his new motherin-law as well as the bride and groom exit the ceremony; a nice way to show someone how special they are.

Sandals and Beaches knows how important it is to you to capture your destination wedding, we offer 3 styles of
wedding video that are as unique as you are. The Vintage Package which infuses the old with the new; for brides and
grooms who prefer narrative storytelling we have the Traditional Package; the Contemporary Package is for the
imaginative and poetic couple. Whichever package you choose, our professionals will make sure your wedding video
is a timeless masterpiece.
Vintage
The Vintage package is edited in an
artistic way and incorporates old
Jamaican and Caribbean music and is
also edited in chronological order
but is portraying a more nostalgic
view of the Caribbean.
Traditional
This is the traditional form of a
wedding video as everyone knows it.
It is edited in chronological order
and follows the string of events with
music added where fitting.
Contemporary
This is a modern form of a wedding
video with little audio. Only key
audio is being used as well as key
background noise. The video is
edited according to the music that
was picked by the bride and groom.

All of your guests will get to choose from one of our luxury treatments for either a manicure or pedicure using the
latest in Dermalogica Skin care offerings for the hands and feet. Enjoy a Pina Colada or Margarita to get you in the
festive mood whilst the therapist engages all of your senses in one of these relaxing nail treatments. Fruit kebabs and
Chamberry will be served for your special guests to make this experience a once in a lifetime. All of this will be
followed with a personalized Microzone treatment (Full skin analysis followed by a zone specific treatment to make
your skin positively glow) – Approx. 20 minutes
THE MORNING OF - BACHELOR PARTY: $140 person
Calm those pre ceremony nerves with a get together just for the guys – buckets of beer and tailor made massages are
the order of the day. Get in the mood with a soothing Swedish or invigorating Sports massage – the choice is yours,
followed by a soothing g shave treatment to give you that very kissable complexion. This shave treatment utilizes
cooling antibacterial camphor to purify, tone and firm your skin, clove flower oil helps opens pores and soften the
beard whilst soothing the skin against the irritation of razor burn. Antiseptic tea tree and cajuput helps eliminate
microorganisms. This shave treatment will address your skins inner health – ingrown hairs, irritation and redness.

Jamaican Wedding & Renewal of Vows Documentation
In order to be legally married in Jamaica, there is documentation required as well as government requirements in their country.
Please read over these items carefully and advise us of any questions you may have.

Residency requirement of 48 hours
State issued birth certificate
All pages of all court certified final divorce decrees
State issued death certificates with related marriage certificates
Legal name change or legal adoption documents if applicable
All foreign language documents must be legally translated to English and submitted with original language
documents.
Passports will not be accepted in lieu of birth certificate
An original notarized sworn affidavit referring to documents specifically may also be provided to accompany
photocopy of document
Original/Certified documents are also accepted however, documents will not be returned
Please send via courier service NOTARIZED PHOTOCOPIES (with the notary’s original INK signature & stamp) of the
required documents for both the bride and groom at least 60 DAYS prior to the arrival date
Renewal of Vows
Selected country’s residency period applies. Couples must fax a copy of the marriage certificate to the Wedding Department at
(305) 668-2762 and hand carry the original to the resort.
Jamaican Wedding & Renewal of Vows Requirements

All Documents for both bride & groom must be submitted with a completed Wedding Information Form, which is
attached, or you may download from our website www.Sandals.com.

All required documents are due 60 days prior to travel for ALL islands. A late fee of US$150 will apply for all
documents received within 21 days prior to the arrival date.

A legal translator must translate all documents in a foreign language to English. Both Notarized versions must be
submitted.

Wedding and Renewal of Vows dates and times vary and are subject to public holidays and availability. Couples will
only be married at the resort in which they are booked.

Additional fees apply for Catholic and Jewish weddings.

Restrictions may apply with availability of Marriage Officer/Justice of the Peace.

Setup/surcharges for additional guests above two apply and may vary by resort.

Couples must notify the Wedding Department at 1-800-SANDALS of number of guests attending the wedding at least

What are the wedding sites on property?
Most of our properties offer a beach, a garden and a gazebo location. The location is the couple’s choice. It can be as
private or public as you wish.
What is the flavor of the wedding cake?
You have a choice of vanilla, chocolate or Caribbean fruit.
What is the best way to travel with a wedding dress?
Any arrangement for transportation of a wedding dress should be discussed directly with your airline carrier. The
Dessy Group has designed lightweight dresses perfect for travel exclusively for Sandals.
When will I receive my marriage certificate?
Your marriage certificate will be sent via air courier 8 - 10 weeks after your wedding.
If I purchase from your online shop, will they be sent to the resort where I am staying?
The most convenient way to shop for Accessories is through your Wedding Consultant. She can have the items you
purchase ready and waiting for you at your resort. Due to customs requirements anything you purchase online or on
your own will need to be shipped to you prior to your wedding and you will be responsible for bringing with you to the
resort and also carrying home. While there are items available at the resorts for purchase, it is always best to
purchase them with your Wedding Consultant prior to traveling to ensure you have the items you want.
