Europaschule Langerwehe
Langerwehe is a small town in North
Rhine–Westphalia, close to the
borders with Belgium and the
Netherlands („Dreiländereck“) and
has a population of 14,000. Nearby
towns are Düren, Aachen and
Cologne.
Europaschule Langerwehe is one of
the few comprehensive schools in
Germany. It was founded in 1987. It
currently has about 1100 pupils aged
from 10 to 19, and about 90 teachers.
Many students come to our school
from villages around Langerwehe.

The Eifel National Park is
about 50 km from
Langerwehe. It is the 14th
national park in Germany
and the first in North RhineWestphalia. It will celebrate
its 10th anniversary on
August 31st, 2014.
